設備も綺麗で、夜道路の音も気にならず、エアコンも静かで、日本のエアコンのように冷やしてくれます。(イタリアのエアコンは効きが悪いです) 朝ご飯の種類も豊富で美味しいです。 スタッフの方も親切で色々聞くと丁寧に教えてくれるので安心です。 オルモ邸まで徒歩で約10分、コモのメイン広場まで気持ちの良い公園を抜けながら徒歩で約15分。個人的にはガヤガヤしているコモ中心部より少し離れた雰囲気が好きです。

出張で使わせて頂きました。 一人でしたので問題なく過ごせました。 スーツケース２個持った二人連れには少し狭いと思いました。 ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。 感想は以下いろいろです。

駅からも近く、部屋もとてもきれいでした。 だた道路に面した部屋だったので、車の音が終日うるさかったです。 コモ全体の宿泊料金が高いので、その中では安い方でしたが、 もう少し安かったらいいです。 また近くには、食べるところがあまりないので、その点は不便でした。 スタッフは感じが良かったです。

Very accessible to the train station as well as the main Como area. Clean room and friendly staff. Showers were a bit challenging if you are above average height but overall had a good stay.

Das WIFI war unterirdisch. Die Duschabtrennung laprig, für mich (186 cm groß) zu nieder. Die Armatur in der Dusche hätte eine neue Kartusche benötigt, da nicht wirklich justierbar. Entweder zu kalt, oder zu heiß! Ingesamt war der Aufenthalt für einen Abend aber in Ordnung. Preis und Leistung passen zusammen.

Yes good

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The speciality coffee was made to order individually for each of us and was delicious. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the lake and very near a grocery store. Would definately stay here again.

Prima hotel, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Kamer lag aan de kant van een drukke weg en was ‘s nachts wat warm. Personeel was welwillend, maar kon dit (warmte) niet oplossen.

Traste breakfast, very helpfull staff and very good location. We enjoyed our stay there.

Freundlicher Empfang. Personal gibt gerne Auskunft. Das Zimmer war sauber, uns gefiel es. Das Frühstück empfehlendswert wurde bis zuletzt aufgefüllt

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Petite chambre mais bien équipée et agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. L’idéal serait d’ajouter des options véganes. Hôtel proche de la gare et bien situé pour marcher autour du lac.

My room was clean. The air conditioning was switched off by the hotel, so i could inly open my window. The breakfast area was very crowded. It was due to a tour group eating early, so i had to delay eating until the group left. Como's bus system is a bit confusing. Not all busses go to Como San Giovanni, so if you have luggage, it may be better to take a taxi for a reasonable price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were small but that was to be expected for the area

Great value option for Como stay on a budget.

Quite old however, clean and comfy. Some noise from the street.

This was a great budget friendly hotel. Room was more spacious than expected. Shower was a walk in and a lift made getting to and from the room easily. Loved the location. 500 metres from the main station, was able to easily get to Milan and other locations. 500 metres to ferry and all major bus stops. 2 blocks from a laundry. 1 block from supermarket. Directly behind the soccer stadium and two blocks to the waterfront. Perfect for what we needed. Staff were all lovely and very helpful when you needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here when our train was cancelled purely because it was cheap and close to the train station. It’s cheap, but below average. The rooms are bare, the bathrooms are extremely old and it all feels like it’s a bit dilapidated. Stay here for the station, but not for a holiday.
