スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで優しく、わからないことをいつ聞いても丁寧に教えてくれました。私は一人旅でしたので、寂しい思いをすることもなく、ウィーンがお気に入りの街の一つになったのは、このホテルの方たちのおかげだとも言えます。

非常に静かでした

ホテルの方は皆さんとても優しく接してくださいました。 アパートメントホテルという名のとおりのちょうど良いサービスでマイペースでくつろげました。 部屋、立地、お値段全て申し分ないです！

金額的、利便性、人も全て良かったが、ベッドがウレタンだったので寝心地がイマイチでした。近くにスーパーなどがあり、買い物にも便利。

フォルクスオーパに近いので選びました（徒歩5分）。その他の場所に行くには不便かな・・と思って行きましたが、地下鉄は2線利用できるし、バスやトラムの停留所も近かったので、交通路線図が頭に入ると、案外どこへ行くのにも便利でした。近くにSPARもあって便利。部屋内には、コンロ・電子レンジ・湯沸かしポット・食器など全て揃っていて便利でした。他のアパートメントホテルとは違って、毎日お掃除が入ってくれるのも良かったです。暖房は北海道形式？のセントラルヒーティングなので、ほんわか暖かく心地よかったです。強いて難点をいえば、シャワー室が狭い・・位です。

Really helpful and friendly. Immediate area has selection of cafes etc and a quick 20 min tram ride right into centre. Furniture may be a little old school but fits vibe of Vienna and clean and comfy - bathroom and shower sizeable and works well. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

We recently stayed during the work week at the Mondial. We loved our stay and would stay again in a return trip. The rooms were clean and quiet and had a nice view. The location was very convenient to the University and to train and bus lines. The receptionists were very kind.

Really nice accommodation that is walkable to great areas of Vienna. Friendly, helpful hosts and comfortable furnishings.

Vienna is an easy city to get around so I didn't need to be right in the centre; the location was perfect to get to the conference at the University and elsewhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Purtroppo l'esperienza con la struttura è stata veramente spiacevole: la cancellazione della prenotazione non è andata a buon fine entro il termine e nonostante i numerosi contatti sia da parte mia che degli operatori di Expedia (neanche loro sono riusciti a cancellare la prenotazione) e l'iniziale intenzione manifestata dalla struttura, alla fine ci è stato addebitato l'intero importo del soggiorno. Questo non è ovviamente illegittimo, ma dopo aver spiegato le problematiche legate alla cancellazione e l'assicurazione anche da parte di Expedia di non pretenderenullain casodimancatoaddebito, ci saremmo aspettati un atteggiamento più conciliante e magari l'addebito solo di una parte del costo del soggiorno.

The apartment was spacious and well kept up. It was 2 minutes walk from one tram stop and 5 minutes to another tram stop at Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The staff were super helpful. This was a great choice!

A FABULOUS stay. Literally, a home away from home in Vienna. The hosts are wonderful - so helpful, so lovely, so obliging, literally nothing is too much trouble. Next time in Vienna, we will definitely stay again.

Very quiet and clean with friendly, professional staff. I would be happier if it had a 24-hour front desk.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a family touch, which helps you feel safe as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to public transit, and there's plenty of dining and grocer options within a 2-5 minute walk. They upgraded me to a better room for free and let me check in early. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
