部屋数が多くない小さなホテル。その分、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた。 部屋は清潔で快適。 シービューの部屋にしたが、それは必要なかったかも。。街を歩けば、いくらでもいい景色が見えるので。 朝食がサービスが良すぎて多すぎたかな。 気になったのはそれくらいで、またロヴィニを訪れる際は利用したい。

旧市街の中にあるためどこへいくにも便利な場所にあります。 ただしとてもわかりにくい場所にあります。帰りのタクシーはホテルの前まで来てくれたので近くまで車が侵入できるはずなのですが、行きはイタリアからチャーター車で訪れたためドライバーさんがこの地に不慣れだったこともあり、ホテル前までは運んでくれず、近くで降ろされてしまいました。ホテルまで階段をいくつか登らなくてはいけなかったのですが、ホテルスタッフがスーツケースを運ぶのを手伝ってくれて助かりました。スタッフは皆さんとても親切です。 お部屋は３階でしたが、荷物はリフトで運んでもらえるので、旧市街の中のホテルにありがちな、スーツケースを持って階段を登るという必要はありません。 朝食は種類は多くありませんが十分楽しめました。 またロヴィニュを訪れる機会があれば、次回もここに泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

イストラ半島観光の拠点として6連泊しました。ホテルは旧市街にありますが、バスターミナルが近いため、ロヴィニを宿泊拠点としたのは正解でした。さらに、こちらのホテルは室数が少ないため、ゲストへのサービスが行きわたっているように感じました。ホテル自体も古い館を改装し、内装にも趣向を凝らしており、非常に心地良さを感じました。設備は近代的で全く問題ありません。今度は暖かいシーズンに訪れたいと思います。

東京からミラノまで飛行機で、ミラノから夜行バスでトリエステへ。トリエステから別のバスに乗り換えロヴィニに到着しました。ホテルは旧市街の奥の方。本格的な石畳なので大きい荷物は厳しいかもしれません。私は少量の荷物で問題ありませんでした。建物は古いのかもしれないけれど中はすごく掃除もされキレイです。海が見えるシングルルームに宿泊しました。ホテルでは無くVillaなので一般の家庭のやや大きめの洋館に滞在すると考えたほうが良いと思います。ものすごく便利では無いけれどなぜか不思議と欠点が見つかりませんでした。 スタッフの方が非常にフレンドリーでホスピタリティにあふれ、且つほどよい距離感でとても快適な滞在でした。出かける時、戻ってきたときにはいつも笑顔で声をかけてくれまるで自分の家に帰ってきたような感じがしてとても嬉しかったです。朝食の生ハムが非常に美味しかった。一人でもテラスで海を見ながらいただきました。また最終日は朝7時のフェリーに乗らないといけないと言ったら前日夜にサンドウィッチ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ドリンクなどが入ったランチパックを作って渡してくれました。２泊しかしていないけれどまるでホームステイをしたような感覚で、いつかまたあのスタッフの方に会いにVilla Tuttorottoに泊まりに行きたいです。 ロヴィニで最高の滞在をすることができました。ありがとうございます。

ホテルを予約すると、直ぐに、地図付き説明が、メールされてきました。今まで、ヨーロッパで、ホテルへの到着が、難しいことが、何度かありました。いつも問題なく到着出来ていたのですが、今回は、最悪でした。指定された駐車場が、どれか、わかりずらい。街に入るためのチケットを貰う場所もどんな所か、説明が足りない。電話しても親切な対応は得られませでした。送られてきた地図の外に、駐車場も、チケットブースもあったから、わかりずらかったことが、後で、分かりました。 エレベーターありという事でしたが、従業員の方は案内してくれず、4階の部屋まで、往復するのが大変でした。 エレベーターに、従業員のいない時には、使わないようにとの貼紙が、ありました。 スイートに、宿泊しましたが、バスタブとシャワーブースが、別の大きめなバスルームがあるのみでした。 空かないワードローブの、扉だらけで不気味な上に、セーフティボックスは、荒らされた後があり、心配で使えませんでした。コストパフォーマンスは良くありません。 車でホテルに行く方、足に自信のない方には、お勧め出来ないホテルです。

This place is terrific! The staff is young, sharp, and well versed in hospitality. They are efficient in everything they do and they run a tight ship. They are so accommodating and helpful. We stayed in Room 30 and loved it! It also is air conditioned. Be aware you have to go up three flights of stairs, just in case your walking is compromised. You can eat breakfast on a little terrace outside overlooking the harbor. Lovely! They will meet you with a golf cart at your car to help you with your luggage. There is an elevator for your luggage so you don’t have to carry your bags up or down the stairs. They make it as easy as possible. If you are looking for a room in old Rovinj, we highly recommend this place!!

Mycket trevligt och mysigt hotell, fantastisk service som hämtade upp oss vid bilen och frukosten var otroligt god. Enda som saknades var en balkong, det hade gjort det lilla extra. Väl värt att bo här och komma gärna tillbaka

Petit hôtel très bien situé en plein cœur de Rovinj avec une belle vue sur la mer. On peut tout faire à pied et c’est très appréciable ! Merci à Olga et Domagoj pour leur hospitalité. Le Petit déjeuner est très bien, préparé avec soin. Une petite navette en voiturette de golf pour vous emmener à votre parking est très appréciable. Merci !

This is my second year in a row staying here. The staff are terrific and very friendly. They are always happy to help with any questions. I was picked and dropped off at the ferry terminal by Dom in a golf cart. They have a beautiful breakfast each morning with an optional glass of champagne should you want one. Maya ( I hope I have her name right) was delightful and prepared a breakfast for me the night before I had to take an early ferry. Very thoughtful. The interior decor is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this as a place to come and stay and enjoy Rovinj. I don’t want to praise it too much because I want a room available when I come back again! It’s located in the bottom right of the photo I attached. It’s really a lovely place.

Struttura nel centro storico di Rovinj a pochi passi dalla piazza. All'arrivo il titolare è venuto a prenderci all'ingresso della cittadina e ci ha anche consigliato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. La struttura è in un palazzo storico ben curato e con molti dettagli del tempo. Stanze piccole ma con tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo!

What an amazing place to stay in the heart of Rovinj. Olga and Dom were the friendliest, most gracious, and most hospitable hosts throughout our stay. The rooms and decor are absolutely perfect. We won’t stay anywhere else in Rovinj.

An interesting historic villa in the very center of town. The single room is small but comfortable and clean, with small balcony and a beautiful sea view. Special praise goes to the staff — they are exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and always ready to help.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, needs curtains at the windows for better privacy at night when the lights are on.

Located in the heart of Rovinj, with views of the water, this historic hotel was a delight! The staff was friendly and so attentive. Breakfast included a wonderful array of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, with coffee and eggs made to order. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. It felt like stepping back in time with all the necessary modern conveniences. If you are driving and parking your car, I recommend asking for the free shuttle. Cars aren’t allowed in the old town. But you will enjoy walking the cobblestone streets, tasting the food of Istria and exploring the many shops.

Staff was very accommodating and came looking for us 2x when our ferry from Venice was cancelled due to rough seas and we were transported by bus. Would have been tough to find this wonderful family operated hotel without them. They have a golf cart to get one from the port to their old city location. While very close, lots of twists and turns to get there.

Alt var fint. Hjælpsomt personale, rart sted, god morgenmad. Eneste minus var en ret knirkende seng, men det vænnede jeg mig til. Stedet kan virkelig anbefales
