ジェノバの観光拠点である、フェラーリ広場の近くで、サンロレンツォ教会のまさに目の前。 プリンチペ駅からは、地下鉄数駅と徒歩５分で着きます。ただし思い荷物を転がして行く場合は、石畳が多いので、駅からタクシーに乗ってしまうのを勧めます。 古い建物をきれいに改築しており、部屋はかなり広いです。天井も３mはあります。 部屋で無線wifiが無料なのもGood。

Belle chambre, toutefois l’accès est difficile (loin du stationnement qui est compliqué et l’accès à l’appartement était une certaine chasse au trésor). Une fois arrivée, la vie est belle et le logement est bien situé. Communication facile avec l’hôte. Aucune noirceur par contre en raison de l’air climatisé

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or advise for a parking spot.Theu made our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay.

Gastvrij ontvangen. Kreeg een half uur voor ontvangst aanwijzingen via app. Met codes werden we naar binnen begeleid. De kamerRuimte vonden we heerlijk met hoge plafonds. Er draaide 1 plafondventilator, Extra ventilatoren zouden voor meer comfort zorgen, want het was binnen net zo warm als buiten, 32°C... We kwamen met 4 volwassen en moesten helaas 1 grote handdoek 1gastendoek en 1 middelgrote handdoek delen.... Ze waren waarschijnlijk vergeten om de kamer van schoone linnengoed en handdoeken te voorzien en vier koffiecups te voorzien.... Nu zijn we niet de lastigste gasten om te delen van elkaar.... Al met al een prima plek om 1 nacht door te brengen.

Fint opphold, hyggelig betjening, veldig sjarmerende rom. Sentral beliggenhet. Svært fornøyd.

Not at all as advertised. It shows up as a 4 star hotel. Instead imagine an old short-term rental studio with a confusing check-in and zero assistance. No front desk, no person to help. We got in and there were 4 packets with 4 different room keys sitting on a desk. Which room was ours? No clue. There were no names on the packets. I tried calling the number listed multiple times but no answer. So we picked a random room. Our family who arrived several hours before us had the same experience. Did we get rooms we paid for? Who knows. The room is really old. Door to the hallway doesn't close all the way with a single questionable lock. Doors to the windows and bathroom also don't close all the way. Only shampoo in the shower (no soap), two single towels. The daytime high was only 70 but without AC the room was really warm and too warm for us to sleep well. Had I booked a short-term rental half the price I would have been OK with all of this. But I booked what I thought was a 4 start hotel. Really disappointed and wishing I had spent half the amount I paid.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend für uns 4 (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder) das einzige was gestört hat war die Lautstärke. Trotzdem würde. Wir es wieder buchen, da sehr zentral! Parkmöglichkeiten leider katastrophal (was nichts mit dem Hotel an sich zu tun hat, sollte man aber berücksichtigen falls man mit Auto anreist)

All'arrivo la camera non c'era e il servizio di check in è inesistente. Una situazione vergognosa e surreale

La ubicación lo mejor y la habitación correcta pero no encuentro de recibo que no haya recepción y para hacer la entrada sea un drama intentando contactar. Recomiendo haberlo hecho con antelación y no pensar que te encontrarás alguien esperando en recepción porqué no será así y te parecerá que te quedas sin alojamiento a última hora. Finalmente pudimos entrar y la señora muy amable todo sea dicho.

Location could not be beat and it's so cool to stay in an old castle! Everything was comfortable. The perfect place for our 24 hours in Genoa!

The rooms as lovely, big and clean. Location is excellent.

Really interesting place. Very large room tall ceilings with a fan. My room had two beds but I was a single booking. The place is hard to find not a hotel more like airbnb rental. Lady incharge of check-in knew zero English but the process was simple enough as was check out. Very good value for money but I was in early summer season.

4 day visit to Genoa and surrounding area. The Palazzo Cicala is situated a 5 minute walk from San Giorgio metro. Access to apartment complex by door code at street entrance. I stayed two nights in basic apartment € 75 and two nights in superior apartment € 111. Both rooms spacious, small fridge, coffee machine. Room windows face out onto small square. Beds comfortable. I thought it was reasonable value for money given the excellent location.
