繁華街まで近く、景色も最高で、スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでとても親切でした。 おすすめです。

シャワーのドアに隙間があり、床がびっしょり濡れてしまいました。修理の必要ありだと思います。Wi-Fiの接続が良くない時があります。朝食の種類はやや物足りなく感じます。その他、設備やスタッフの対応は悪くないと思います。

南イタリア観光のため３日間滞在しました。 特にアマルフィーは他のリゾート地と比べて、「下町情緒あふれる避暑地」といったところで、 セレブなリゾート地というよりは作家が執筆活動をするようなイメージかもしれません（伝わるでしょうか？？）。 街に出てもみんなが知り合いで声を掛け合うような、住人の生活感あふれる町ですので、 一部海岸沿いにある高級リゾートホテルにずっと滞在しない限り、日本人の抱く”セレブな地中海リゾート地”を満喫することはできません。ただ、それが悪いというわけではなく、滞在している間にフレンドリーな下町の良さが伝わってきて、 ここアマルフィーを起点にポジターノ、カプリ、ラヴェッロに行くのは正解でした。 このヴィラララホテルもその下町感あふれるとても良いホテルでした。 港から東西海岸線にあるのはPVビーチも有する高級リゾートホテル、 北上して街の中にあるのがロッジタイプの下町ホテル、といったイメージのようです。 港から徒歩10分弱。メイン商店街を抜け少し街から出た高台にあり、 滞在している間は家に帰るような気持ちでほっとする場所、静かなところにあります。 スーツケースがあったので、港からはホテルへ向かう人用の小型タクシーがあり、それに乗ってホテルまで行きました。 （メインの商店街は普通のタクシーは通れないようです） 入口の庭を抜け煉瓦道の奥にエレベーターがあり、高台のホテルまで登っていきます（10F位の高さ？）。 少し夜は薄暗く、一人だと怖いかもしれません。 部屋そのものはこじんまりとしていてコテージのような作りではありますが、おそらく このあたりの下町ホテルはどこも同じような作りだと思います。 大きな窓やバルコニーはありませんが、天窓があり、暗い印象はありません。 オーナーと思われるルイージおじさんと下で働く３人程度のお兄さんのアットホームなホテルです。 気に入ったポイントはフレンドリーなオーナーおじさんのお人柄と、 フロント横の絶景バルコニー（海とドゥオモが一望）での朝ごはん。 シンプルですが、手作りパウンドケーキと美味しいカプチーノに毎朝癒されました。

6年前に偶然見つけた雑誌からこのホテルを知り、いつかこんなホテルに泊まってみたいと思っていました。 今回、このホテルを予約し、3泊しました。フェリーターミナルから大きな荷物を持っての移動は少し大変でしたが、それ以上にゆったりとした雰囲気と気さくなホテルのスタッフに落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。

The staff and owner is friendly and helpful, hotel looks cleaned and modern, close proximity to the centrorico, super convenient location. However the wifi is impossible to work, always at 1-2 bars. The juice machine is almost always out of vitamins water option even when that was supposedly accessible for 24/7. And lastly, the main concern is there’s absolutely no sound proof, we can hear every interaction outside the room, in the hallway, in other guests rooms, from upstairs, including hearing guest opening their door, flushing the toilet, showering, talking, moving furnitures, we can hear it all. Woken up every night around 11pm to past midnight due to noises.

Great hotel and the staff are very helpful. Great lift to the property to avoid 200 steps. Only thing I would say is darker curtains are needed to block out the sun in the mornings as we couldnt see that the shutters on the windows were operational without keaning right out of the wondow, which was high up

This beautiful little boutique hotel was lovely, quiet, and well staffed. It is perched higher up towards the upper end of the center road up the canyon, just far enough from the busy areas to be peaceful but still close to restaurants and shopping. Access was easy, and there is an elevator. We arrived by ferry and it was easy to quickly locate a taxi up the hill, with our luggage. Thank you Villa Lara!

The hotel is amazing. It's perched high on a cliff with an beautiful view of the town and opposite mountain slope. There is a lift, but also you have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the lift. The hotel staff is super friendly and will help in any way possible. They arranged for porters, took time to speak with and answer questions, as well as provided local travel tips. The rooms are very clean. There were a variety of foods for breakfast. The hotel is also located away from the main square and crowds and much less chaotic than places closer to the water. Still it is a short walk to the main square. All in all, a wonderful place.

This hotel was amazing! If I ever come back to Amalfi I will definitely book with this hotel again. The staff were so helpful and kind. They helped us with our luggage, with arranging taxi rides, made sure we had all that we needed at all times. The breakfast is included which was wonderful and it was such tasty options. It was a cozy room and the atmosphere was so cute.

We felt at home and the local recommendations on things to do and restaurants and places to go were excellent and greatly appreciated. The breakfast had plenty of variety including healthy options and the service was impeccable.

Wonderful hotel where you feel really special. Nothing is too much and service is at high standard. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

A small inn with just 5 rooms with personable and helpful English speaking staff. Located just outside the touristy area of town but within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Note that hotel is not accessible by car but is an easy 10 minute walk through town. You can hire a porter at the town entrance if you don’t want to walk to hotel by foot. Note that once at the inn, you need go about 10-15 stairs before reaching the lift. Lovely view of the water from the breakfast dining area.

Excellent hotel, the staff were all friendly, the view from the terrace is 10 out of 10. Breakfast options were very good, and it’s nice being above the busyness of the city centre. Nice and peaceful in the evening. The beach in Amalfi was beautiful, great swimming. I drove from Sorrento to Amalfi, I wouldn’t do that. Next time I’d use a bus or car service. Again, a really nice hotel..cheers

Neat character with incredible views that you can take in from adorable terrace area. Room nice. Well worth the walk up from the waterfront and then elevator up to villa. Loved access to still water, sparking water and juice all day.

Amazing room with a view. The owner was so nice as were all the staff. Breakfast was incredible and it was towards the end of the cute street by the main Amalfi Pier. Easy to get to our yacht cruise we had booked. I would definitely one back and stay longer!!!

The staff at Vila Lara we so friendly and welcoming, making us feel Like family. Our room was comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit Amalfi!
