室内は温かみがなく、アメニィティも小さな石鹸1個、シャンプーはバスに備えつけ、シングルベッドは両壁側にあるため離れていて会話もしにくい状況。とても4星のリゾートホテルとは思えません。ただ立地は二重丸です。

快適なベッドでした。この地域特有なのかもしれませんが、朝食での選択肢が少ないことと冷蔵庫は部屋に常設されてない点がちょっと。でもいずれのホテルも同じようです。テレビは大型LCDで見やすかった。

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's spotless condition and the tranquil atmosphere it maintained throughout our visit. One of the most appreciated amenities, particularly in the warmer months, was the efficient and reliable air conditioning – a definite plus that's often hard to find locally. The hotel's strategic position in Thun made it an excellent base; a quick 30-minute train journey connected us effortlessly to Interlaken. We also appreciated the safety of the immediate area and the abundance of diverse dining choices within easy reach. For those seeking an authentic Swiss experience away from the typical tourist hustle, this hotel truly delivers.

Perfect location & great cofee

Beautiful hotel on a charming historic town square with updated rooms, and we enjoyed our very large and comfortable family room and large bathroom. Easily walkable throughout Thun to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Nice lounges with coffee, tea and fruit on each floor, and the communal mini fridge was the only negative as would have been a nice in-room amenity.

C’est un hôtel rénové récemment hyper bien situé tout juste à côté du vieil Hôtel de Ville et du château de Thun. Les petites commodités comprises comme de café et les fruits servis dans les espaces communs sont un plus intéressant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Thun certainement grâce à notre hébergement!

The hotel is in a great location to walk along the river and up to the castle. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and an amazing cocktail bar across the street called Atelier. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Was originally booked somewhere else and made this reservation at the last minute. A VERY pleasant property and so glad I lost the earlier reservation!

We spent two nights at hotel Krone and really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. A sweet and cozy spot to relax after exploring the city!

The hotel and amenities are some of the best in Switzerland. Their hotel front desk are always very helpful and pleasant. Becareful you don't run into their maintence manager that wear socks and sandals. He is very rude and very grouchy to guests.

Considerate and helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Coffee and tea all day with nice areas to sit.
