景色がとても良かった 朝食が美味しかった スタッフが親切だった ケトルがついていなかったのが不便だった

受付スタッフはあまりフレンドリーでなく説明も不十分。車の送迎スタッフはフレンドリーでした。 食事は充実しおいしかった。 部屋がやや寒かったが暖房や追加毛布もなかったのが残念。 丘の上にあり、登り降りがやや大変でした。

駅前ではありませんが、往復駅まで送迎をしていただいて、本当に素敵な対応をいただきました。 二食付きディナーでは真ん前にアイガーが臨むテラス席、素晴らしい眺めでした。 食事のコースについても何の不満なく美味しいディナー。 朝食もまた美味しいブッフェでした。

眺望良し、受付の対応も丁寧で、朝食やケーキブッフェなどのサービスもよく、部屋も綺麗でとても快適な滞在でした。

駅からは少し遠かったですが、ホテルの送迎サービスを利用できたら、バス乗り放題チケットいただけたら、十分配慮されていました。 朝食も景観が良いところで食べれてとても良かった。

スタッフはすごく親切です。前日、近くのサンスターホテルに泊まったのですが、キルシュブールへ移動するために、サンスターホテルに迎えに来てもらいました。ホテルから町の中心部に行くには、裏道を歩いて行くこともできますが、坂が急なので、下りはいいですが、上りが大変でした。ホテルの部屋の照明がLEDライトだったら、もっとよかったと思います。レストランからの山の眺めはとても綺麗でした。

良かった点ー部屋からのアイガービューは、最高だった。一生忘れられない景色。星空も素敵だった。 マイナス点ーチェックインが14時だったが、到着しても部屋に入れなかったので観光に行くのに困った。

スタッフの挨拶も気持ちよく、きびきびとしていました。 ホテルの位置が丘の上で、思ったより遠くて迎えをお願いしていました。早めの到着でしたが、すぐ、チェックインできました。 夕食も１度取りましたが、味もよく、対応もよかったです。 丘の上なので、アイガー正面で、景色も良かったです。

ホテルからの景色（The Eiger, the Wetterhorn...）、ロケーション、スタッフのサービス、ケーキブッフェ、すべてが私達には最高でした。ひとつだけ残念だったのは、夕食が日本人の団体客（別室でしたが）と完全に重なってしまい、1時間近く料理が出てこなかったことくらいでしょうか。ただ、最後にはそれも忘れてしまうくらい、全体的には素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました。 Everything was wonderful. The view of the Eiger, the Wetterhorn...and other mountains was spectacular. The hotel location was a bit far from the station. However it was rather better and I believe that it was one of the greatest places in Grindelwald. The services provide by staff was so nice and kind as well. Only problem was we needed to wait for our dinner served for one hour due to very busy time by another large group of customers (probably Japanese..). Totally, the stay at Hotel Kirchbuehl was so nice. We appreciate and would love to stay again.

The view was fantastic, the facilities were clean, and everything felt trustworthy. The friendly staff were also great. However, I felt very uncomfortable with a few staff members who seemed annoyed, spoke rudely, or behaved in a dismissive way. This is not a criticism of all the staff. Unfortunately, despite many things being good, I don’t think I would visit again. It’s a shame. Also, the breakfast on the first and second day was… honestly not great, while it was fine on the third day. It made me wonder… does it change depending on the day of the week? Or on the number of guests? There was no consistency.

Absolutely breathtaking! This area and hotel was our favorite in the Jungfrau region. Restaurants on property serve delicious meals, friendly staff and the views..oh the views of the mountains while enjoying my coffee and tasty breakfast buffet are memories that will always bring a smile to my face!! Thank you Kirchbuhl, for a truly woderful experience!! ❤️🇨🇭

usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel truly stole my heart. As a big fan of high-end hotels, I’ve experienced many, but this one stands out in a special way. The views from the balcony are straight out of a fairytale. What makes it even more special is its perfect location—just slightly off the main road, offering peace and quiet, yet only a short, scenic walk to the bustling shopping and tourist street. The service was outstanding, with genuine attention to detail in every interaction. You can tell the hotel was created with love—it’s visible in every corner, from the thoughtful decor to the spotless cleanliness. And the restaurants? Absolutely excellent. Every meal was a delight.

This hotel made our trip wonderful with its hostess. Rooms are super clean, service was awesome and especially breakfast we loved so much. We definetely choose this hotel again when we go to Switzerland 😍

Nice hotel but the rooms could use some serious help; the showers are insanely small, hard for even an average-sized guy like me to get around in. Long downhill/uphill walk into town, so while the location provides beautiful views, it is isolated.
