ホテルのロビーから外に出て数十メートル歩いた先に部屋があります。 部屋は普通のアパートの中にあり、鍵が3つもあるので非常に面倒です。 また私の部屋はwifiが使えなかったので、わざわざロビーまで行かなければなりませんでした。 タオルは複数泊しても最初に置いてあったバスタオル一枚以外もらえることはありません。 シャワーとトイレの間にカーテンも何もないので、シャワーするとバスルーム全体がびしょ濡れになります。 そしてエアコンがありません。 安宿なのでこんなもんだろうと割り切れる人には問題無いと思います。

テルミニ駅から徒歩10分というアクセスの良さと宿泊料金の安さから大学生にはおススメです。 しかし、部屋に冷房が付いておらず扇風機のみが設置されている形なので、寝るときに少し蒸し暑く感じてしまいました。

鍵が開けづらく、大変だった。

フロントの場所が分かりにくく、さらにチャイムを鳴らさないとドアが開かないのですが、そのチャイムも分かりにくくて困りました。実際に泊まる部屋はフロントのある建物から少し離れており、部屋に辿り着くまでに3つの扉の鍵を開けなければならないので面倒です。客が来る度にフロントのスタッフ同伴で部屋まで行くので、チェックインに非常に時間が掛かります。 また、部屋には最低限の設備しかありません。安いので仕方ありませんが、Wi-fiのパスワードをチェックイン時に教えてくれなかったのには困りました。こちらも聞き忘れてしまったとはいえ、今まで宿泊した他のホテル では聞かなくても必ず教えてくれたので困惑しました。フロントに聞きに行こうかと思いましたが、フロントに行くには一度外に出なければならないし、既に夜で、ホテル周辺は人通りも多くなく治安が不安なので諦めました。壁が薄いのかたまたま隣がうるさかったのか分かりませんが、深夜に他の部屋の客が大騒ぎする声が丸聞こえです。朝になると暖房が勝手に切れており、使い方もよく分からず、寒くて大変でした。

ホテルはテルミニ駅から10分以内のところにあります。 荷物をほとんど持っていなければ5分で、荷物をたくさん持っていると10分かかるというイメージです。 ホテルの看板は建物を正面から見ないとわからないので、最初に見つけるときは周りをよく確認しながら歩くとよいと思います。 従業員には男性も女性もいます。どなたも親切です。私は4回質問しましたが、どなたもこちらの質問に丁寧に答えてくれました。

7泊しましたが、wifi全く使えなかったです。掃除は隅々までいきとどいていて、棚の上などホコリひとつありませんでした。部屋とフロントの出入り口が別なので、手続き以外にフロントに会うことが全くなく、アパート借りてる感覚になりました。

シングルルームを予約したにもかかわらず、案内された部屋はドミトリー。ここを一人で使ってと言われたが、私が予約した部屋と全く異なっていた。案内には冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー、浴槽があると買いてあったが全てない。Wi-Fiも繋がらなかった。

Overall it's okay. Easy to go anywhere but even I stayed 4 nights, towels were never changed even one day. I asked cleaning staff in Italian but she said she just cleaned room no change towels... This is the problem for sanitary and I don't know why they don't clean floor. A Cleaning staff was nice but they just cleaned bathroom and made bed that's it. For comfortable stay, I really wanted to clean floor also change towels every days. The front desk staffs were so kind and always smile.

When a housekeeper cleaned my room, I lost my shampoo. I asked a receptionist. But that receptionist was so bad. He doesn't trust me and he said he trust the housekeeper. He said I am saying lie. I asked him to check why it happened, but he said " I am working, please don't bother me". Suddenly He ignored me. He never listened me. I was so surprised why the receptionist can say it for a customer. They never apologize me even if the housekeeper throw away my shampoo. Also it is written that there is a fridge in the room. But the room doesn't have a fridge. Also it is written an air conditioner in the room. But it is not working in November. It is already very cold in November in Rome especially night. I couldn't sleep well. Wifi doesn't work well. The shower room smells of mold. Too much lies in the information. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed before. I will never recommend this hotel to someone. It was very unpleasant to stay there.

スタッフの方が大変親切で、サービス面では全く問題ありませんでした。

The location is really nice. People are friendly and room is clean. Nothing to complain about this hotel.

Enkelt og greit rom. Litt lite bad, men det funket. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personal.

The staff alone is enough to stay at this reasonably priced and very clean accommodation in Rome. Close to the city train station, it’s ideal for travelers moving around. Can walk to most major sights easily.

Staff were helpful, plenty of restaurants when you walk out front door. Trevi Fountain around 20 minutes walk, train station (Centrale) less than 10 minutes walk.

Hotellet lå meget centralt og der var rent og pænt på værelset. Det var lidt slidt, og det kunne godt føles lidt dyrt i forhold til standen. Personalet var super venlige og hjælpsomme og det var alt i alt et hæderligt sted. Jeg ville nok hellere give lidt mere og få lidt højere comfort.

Merkeze birazcık yakındı. Otel gibi değil bir evin odasını ayırmışlar gibiydi. Memnun kalmadık ama fiyat performans yeriydi. Bir daha gidersek kalmayız. Çevresi çok güvenli değildi.
