The amenities are a bit dirty

中心から離れているので静かです。

ホテル自体は平均的なビジネスホテルでスタッフも親切だった。市内中心部から少し離れていて、無料駐車場もあって便利だが、一方通行や進入禁止の多いボローニャ市内の運転は不便極まりなかった。

１、エアコンのコントローラーは部屋に在るが作動せず。エアコンは集中コントロールとなっていたが部屋が寒い。フロント 　　に言っても改善なし。夜は毎晩ホカロンをベッドに入れて寝た。 ２、引出しが少なく、長期滞在の折に着替えを仕舞えない。 ３、洋服掛けの中にハンガーが２５本くらい有ったが、その殆どが洗濯屋の針金ハンガー。しかも使い込んで曲がってい 　　たので、手で直して使った。 ４、部屋の窓の鍵が壊れていたが、風化の具合から見てかなり前から壊れていた様に思える。 ５、ホテル内に夕食を食べる施設は無い。

　部屋代は高いが設備はかなり悪い。他の人達の評価が割に高いのは、フロントに美人だけを揃えているからかも知れない。その美人たちも接客態度は良いとは言えない。 ボローニャには度々宿泊するが、今までに良いホテルに出会った事が無い。良いホテルが無いわけではないが、それらはいつも予約が取れない。今回も仕方がないので、不安のあるホテルを予約した。 このホテルの設備について。 　洋服箪笥の中のハンガーは、洗濯屋が無料で付けてくるような針金のハンガーが殆ど。また針金でないハンガーも壊れていて使えない。 　部屋にあるエアコンのコントローラーは機能せず、部屋の温度はフロントでコントロールしている。夜は結構寒い。フロントに言っても聞いてもらえない。 　風呂のバスタブは無く、シャワーだけ。この様なホテルは欧州では珍しくないが、それはもっと部屋代の安いホテルの場合の事。 　引き出しが少なく、長期滞在には不向き。 　部屋にはメモ用紙や便箋が無く、ホテルの宿泊者への案内書も無い。 　レストランは在るが、朝食だけ。夕食は外食しなければならない。 　部屋代が高い割には良くないホテルである。しかしボローニャには良いホテルが殆ど無いので仕方ないのかも知れない。

ホテルは綺麗で広い、スタッフの応対も素晴らしかった。 近隣のレストランなど教えてくれた。 中心地まで歩く時に、怪しい人が居たのでちょっと治安悪い？なんて思いましたがそれ以外は空港から近いし立地は良いですね。 また利用したいです。

ボローニャ中央駅や市街中心部からは少し距離がありましたが、近くにバス停（saffi）があり数分おきにバスが来るので問題ありませんでした。部屋も清潔で冷蔵庫（ミニバー）もあります。朝食もパン類の品数が多く、カプチーノもスタッフが淹れてくれました。次回ボローニャに訪問する機会がありましたら、また宿泊したいと思います。

ホテルは綺麗です フロントの接客もとてもよかった。 なんと言っても朝食がとっても豪華です。 マイナスポイントは、停電。 何回も停電しました。フロントに行くと他のお客さんも停電したと言いに来ていました。スタッフの対応は早くよかったです。 しかし旅にパプニングはつきもの。 楽しい旅の思い出です。

町の中心から少し離れていますが、バスを使えば、全く問題なし。バスは2，3分ごとに来るので、使い勝手もいいですが、歩いても中心部まで15分くらい、柱廊もあるので、雨が降っていても傘も不要。

Very nice stay. Close to bus Q from airport. Clean, big and quiet room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Great value for money. Great va

La habitación excelente, el personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno excelente. Sin dudas volveré.

Lovely clean room, easy enough to find, excellent place to stay if you are going to the football as it's within walking distance to the stadium and the staff were perfect

It was a bit of a walk to the city center but easy to get to. The staff were very friendly but the smells they use to make it "smell nice" when you first walk in give you an instant headache and they're so overwhelming. We had our windows and balcony door open for our entire stay as it was very cheap smelling and felt like they were trying to cover things up. They were lovely and kept our bags for us for a few hours behind the desk on the day of checkout and were very nice but they smell and older vibes were not my fav, to be it as honestly as I can.

It said when I booked the room that there was supposed to be air condition, but apparently only works during the winter.

We only stayed 1 night and it was fine for that. It had easy access to bus service and they provided helpful information for the area. It took a little bit for the shower to get working but overall we were happy with our stay. Thanks

El hotel está bien, no demasiado céntrico pero asequible para el que le guste andar. El desayuno suficiente, la atención muy buena. El hotel es muy silencioso, eso es importante para descansar. En la recepción las señoritas muy atentas y serviciales. Tuvimos rota la puerta del armario y nos la arreglaron de inmediato.
