階段がなく、荷物を運んでくれるスタッフもいないので大きな荷物を持って上がるのが一苦労でした。

立地がとても良く朝食もgood！Wi-Fiが使えなくて不便でした。

Hotel is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Bologna. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar wel lekker en vers. In onze kamer hadden wij een goed bed. Enig minpuntje misschien was daar er niet veel plaats was in de badkamer.

Convenient location near the university with very helpful staff. Very clean and functional room and with triple pane windows did not hear any of the evening street noise.

The hotel was very clean in the bathroom was very large! It is only a few blocks away from an underground parking garage that is outside the limited traffic zone. It is very close to walk to everything in the old town.

We were greeted on our arrival by Juliano and he was excellent. Gave us a great dinner recommendation as well and we really enjoyed it. Hotel was also located in a perfect spot. We had a a great experience.

Lovely old hotel and the staff were great. The room had great aircon and everything you need. The only downside was the tiny shower enclosure

Lovely staff who spoke good English (after my poor attempt to speak Italian!) Huge, comfortable bed and an average breakfast, but all in all excellent value and a convenient location. The double glazing meant it was surprisingly quiet at night despite the room overlooking the street.

Great value for the price. The location is unbeatable, right in the center, with excellent restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and very accommodate. Breakfast was tasty with a nice range of options.

Central location. Helpful staff. Convenient that parking was available, but driving in the historic area is tricky due to lots of pedestrians, cyclists and narrow streets.
