立地が本当に最高です！いろんな口コミにもある通り、階段や坂が多いヴェネツィアでキャリーバッグひいて歩くのはきついので、駅から歩いてすぐのこのホテルは最高でした。バスタオルフェイスタオルハンドタオル、プラカップ、ソープ系など、滞在に必要なものは揃ってました。バスルームもフロアに二つあったので、困ったことはなかったです。荷物保管は、フロントのスペースにそのまま置いておく形になります！最高の滞在でした。ありがとうございました！

場所は駅近で良かったが、エレベーターなしの4階だったので残念でした。

街からすぐ近くの安全なエリアで、安心して楽しめました。 共用のバス&トイレが少し面倒ですが、それを除けば、清潔でスタッフも親切でした。

Santa Lucia駅からも近く、近くにお店の並ぶ栄えた通りがあるので、夜でも明るく、立地は良かったと思います。 お風呂も綺麗で、すぐにお湯もでたので、良かったです。コンセントの差込口も数が多く、ベッドの頭のところなど便利なところにあったので有り難かったです。 ただ、エレベーターがないので、もしかしたら大変ということがあるかもしれません。 総じて、いいホテルだったと思います。

ホテルの立地は駅から徒歩5分ぐらいでホテルの周りにもお店がいっぱいあるので非常に良いと思います。最低でも２階から客室でエレベーターはないです。シャワーの水圧が最悪です。とりあえず泊まれたらokって方は問題ないでしょう^o^　比較的ベネチィアは物価が高いので価格は安い方でしょう。今度行く時は違うホテルでしょう！！

The hotel was in a great location, easy to find and close to the train station. It’s Venice, everything is old, so keep your expectations in check and you will be happy with this choice. Our traveling party included myself, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter. The room fit us well for the two nights we were there. The bathroom was small, as expected, but functioned perfectly for what we needed. We had a very late check in after many delays and cancellations, the staff was very helpful and we were able to get into our room with ease. We were happy with this option in Venice!

Rent men väldigt litet rum, låg superbra i Venedig. Sonen önskade en egen toalett men jag tycker att det funkade. Vi skulle bara stanna en natt och bara sova så det behövde inte vara mer än det vi fick.

Hotel muito bem localizado e atende muito bem

The room was very basic but worked for us. It was a little cramped for two people; a small bathroom with only half a door (apparently normal in Europe) but made for a wet floor outside of the shower stall. AC worked very well. Staff was very helpful and lent me a hair dryer when I asked. There is no elevator but fortunately we were only 1 floor from the ground with a little view of a residential courtyard. Price was reasonable for the location (chose it for the location). The lication was perfect with lots of little cafes and icecream stores around. It was a 5 minute walk to Venice St Lucia train station (we arrived by train) and a 10 minute walk (over a high bridge with lots of stairs which were not good for a large suitcase or someone with mobility issues). It was a 25 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and another 8-10 minutes to St Mark's Square. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear.

The staff was amazing. Monica and Antonio were the best every morning. They have no problems answering questions and are very patient trying to understand other languages. The breakfast was great. The room was neat, they did room service everyday. Walking distance to local bars restaurants and most importantly the Vatican. The WiFi is great. Yes the shower is a bit small but who cares unless you’re a bit overweight. Amazing experience

Super bem localizado e funcionários atenciosos. Amamos. O quarto tinha tudo q precisavamos. Ficamos só 1 noite, então está no terceiro andar sem elevador para um dia foi tranquilo. Localização estratégica, perto do terminal de ônibus e no lado mais em conta da ilha. A o banheiro compartilhado não foi pronlema, haviam 2 por andar. Nem vimos os outros hospedes direito. Disponibilizam shampoo e sabonete. Recomendo com estrelinhas.

Brilliant hotel. Perfect location.

Boendet är enkelt o det är lyhört mellan rummen och från området utanför rummet. Eftersom toa o dusch var gemensamt i korridoren hördes alltid när andra gick i dörrarna. Trappor o ingen hiss fanns.

The room as ok with no Air conditioner it has not worked since May of 2025, the front desk told us. No refrigerator sheets were ok , bed was not comfortable. We elevator, we had to walk up three levels to get to our room. Will not stay there again.

No tv in room and no working ac. Was hot and we were beaten by mosquitoes all night, but we were ao tired didnt notice nore care. Only thing good is the location

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war zweckmässig eingerichtet, war aber an diversen Stellen kaputt.

Excelente localização, funcionário simpático e prestável (o quarto não tinha secador de cabelo e prontamente me arranjou um). Tinha reservado quarto com casa de banho partilhada e para minha surpresa, quando lá cheguei tinha casa de banho no quarto. Todos os dias limparam o quarto. Excelente relação qualidade preço. Uma boa surpresa mesmo ao lado da estação.

The room and bathroom pictures are deceiving. The bathroom is so small that if you are on the pot you are almost touching the shower door and the sink and if you have a phone in your hand it’s touching the door. The pictures shown are mostly of the bathrooms that are outside the bedrooms. The room bathrooms are really tiny with the sink smaller than 10inches. The ac was unplugged don’t know if it works, had to open the window to sleep. Overall not a family friendly place. Room was clean so bag packers can stay at best.
