Ok...cuma wifi mengecewakan,tiada rangkaian didalam bilik

Air tidak ada nak mandi pun susah.

Cannot use lift instead hotel at 2nd floor. Then got smiley smell at walkway area and bed and pillow. Internet connection also slow.

Hmmmm... tekanan air terlalu rendah. Hanya sekadar cukup nak basahkan badan sikit-sikit je.

Last minute called me and told that there was no room for 3 guest. My booking charge for 3 guest. Still charge with the same price. So stupid. Should inform early so that we can cancel and find another hotel. No towel. No cleanliness with dirty floor. What a nightmare I have in this hotel. What type of hotel is this.

Saya tiba di hotel ini jam 11.30 malam pada hari Ahad (10/3/2019). Tetapi apabila saya hendak check in staf hotel kata nama saya tiada dalam senarai tetamu untuk malam itu. Saya terkejut lantas saya menunjukkan salinan resit dan baucar daripada agen online. Staf tersebut berkeras mengatakan saya tak tempah pun bilik hotel tersebut. Pertelingkahan kami berlarutan sehingga 2 jam akhirnya saya dan rakan diberikan sebuah bilik usang yang segalanya rosak dan busuk tidak seperti yang digambarkan dalam website ini. Saya mohon agar pihak agen online ban hotel ini daripada website kerana ramai telah menjadi mangsa seperti saya.

Hotel ini jauh daripada bandar, semasa check in, lift rosak.

Lift rosak, terpaksa menggunakan tangga naik ke tingkat 2.

Service very bad! Booked for 1 room with 2 queen bed but when reached there, receptionist said no booking at all. After calling here and there, end up there is a booking from us. The room that we booked not available (given to other people because he said we reached there late. Is reaching there around 5.30pm considered late ?). Aren’t you supposed to already reserved the room for us earlier since we already paid for it?and we were given 2 room with 1 queen bed. Room were small and dusty like the room is only for backup room. Will not recommend this hotel.

Bilik berbau dan tidak memuaskan.

Took me 1 hour for check in. No air-cond control pannel, no towel, water pressure is low.

bed experience for me.. Because the nature of place.

Room with lot of spider nets. Booking online stated free wifi but none. Dirty floor, can't walk if without wearing slippers. Never use this hotel again.........
