分かりづらい場所でした。でもリアルト橋から歩いて2分です。サンタルチーア駅まで歩いて２５分。立地は最高です。部屋の内装はリニーアルされているので、気持ちよく過ごせました。

ベネチアSL駅からバポレット2番で2駅と近く、降りたらリアルト橋がすぐです。道はとても狭く迷いそうでしたが、すぐに辿りつきました。1階のバーは若者で人気で騒がしかったですが、22時位には静かになり、全く気になりませんでした。ホテルの朝食は叔母ちゃんが美味しいエスプレッソをいれてくれてパンも最高でした。受付の皆さんも明るく素晴らしいホテルです。おすすめです。

ベネチアのホテルは全体的に年季が入っていると聞いていましたが、こちらのホテルは年季はありつつも、清潔感があり、とても良いホテルでした。 エアコン、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、毎日清掃もありました。フロントのスタッフの方たちもとても優しく素敵な方たちでした。 気になったところとしては、2点あります。1点目は隣が深夜までやっているバーみたいで遅くまで音楽が聞こえてくるところです。私はそんなに気になりませんでしたし、ホテルが用意してくれてる耳栓もおいてありましたが、気になる方は気になると思います。 2点目はシャワールームから若干下水の匂いがするところです。これは海の街で年季の入ってるホテルが多くあるベネチアでは仕方のないことなのかもしれません。 価格なども考えて総合的にみると、また泊まってもよいと思えるホテルでした。

とりあえず宿泊するには充分だと思います。エアコンが壊れていたので、窓を開けて換気をせざるを得ず、蚊に悩まされました。また、近くにあるバーカロが盛り上がっていて、騒音に敏感な人は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

ホテルが細い路地の中にあるので、ホテルの場所がわかりにくくて、なかなか見つけられませんでした。船着き場から近いので、ホテルにチェックインしてしまえば、どこに行くにも便利です。エレベーターはないので、重い荷物は苦労します。

Rooms were clean. Plenty of fresh towels. Large safe in the room. Beds were comfortable. Daily room service. There is a small elevator that will accommodate two people with large suitcases. Great hotel location. Less than 20 minute walk to many of the sites. Great food near by, shopping, water taxi station, and banks. They do provide a decent breakfast at 10€ each. They don’t provide free coffee or tea in your room. They have water, soda, beer, spritz in your fridge but they charge for anything you use. My only complaint is the air conditioner won’t get below 75 deg F /23 C. Would much prefer 20 C/ 68F since it was in the 90 deg F temp outside in June for us. Very humid if you are not use to it.

The people were super nice and accommodating

Clean amenities and well maintained property. Excellent location and an awesome bar - Bacaro Jazz Bar - around the corner. Sometimes staff were not at front desk so we could collect key but they were never too far away.

The property was well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful and gave me restaurant recommendations which turned out good. The hotel has front desk help 24 hours which is quite uncommon in Italy. It is difficult to reach the hotel and you have to take a boat to get there. Also, you have to take a boat to the airport which can be quite costly especially if it's a early morning flight. We had to end up paying 190 Euros to get to the airport. But I guess that's what's expected if you live on the mainland by the water . All in all, a positive experience.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel! Two minutes from the Rialto bridge. Friendly staff arranged for a private water taxi that picked us up at the airport and dropped us off right at the hotel! Great service!

Although the room was clean, it smelled musty, like mould. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. It's only a short walk to boat stops.

Perfect location. Wonderful staff. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the perfect size. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Small rooms. Quite complicated for ti travelers with luggage, very clean, centric

This hotel is located within walking distance to St. Marks Square and is a small boutique hotel. It is not easy to find, and we had difficulty getting transportation from the train station to the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however, the woman who helped with the breakfast was very curt and unfriendly. The rooms are spacious (in European terms) and very clean.
