予約した写真の部屋とは程遠い部屋に案内されました。案内された部屋のトイレには便座がなく、部屋を変えてもらいました。変更した部屋では所々照明がつかず、また、シャワーは5分ほどでお湯が出なくなりました。2泊しましたが、両日シャワーは途中でお湯が出なくなりました。評価が良かったのでこのホテルを選びましたが、とても残念でした。運が悪かったのかもしれないですが、全体的にお勧めはしません。

アジア人差別を感じるような部屋割で、薄暗い奥まった箇所に日中韓の旅行者を意図的に配置しているように感じた。チェックインの際は、激しく長く口論している女性がいたことで、そちらの対応に追われていたのか、ホテルの説明も十分ではなく、時間もかかった。 部屋には、バスタオルもなかった。

Clean rooms. Beautiful hacienda building right in front of Laguna Huacachina. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Quiet place, nice pool surrounded by the sand dunes. Many restaurants in walking distance. Lovely place

O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado, porém precisa de manutenção. O café da manhã e o atendimento dos funcionários são o ponto alto.

Hotel é antigo e a localização é perfeita! Porém pararam no tempo com as manutenções: chuveiro não esquenta e se for em um horário “comum” não sai água do chuveiro devido a quantidade de pessoas tomando banho no local. O hotel é lindíssimo mas precisa d manutenção

Desayuno feo, súper simple, las habitaciones viejas y descuidadas. No había agua caliente solo fría. Por el precio no recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto

Bel établissement avec une grande cour intérieure. Les chambres sont de rustiques mais demeurent grandes et confortables. Par contre, environnement bruyant car à côté de la rue.

Superbe hôtel à l'architecture coloniale. Personnel super attentionné et sympathique. Localisation parfaite, près de tous les services et des buggy. Restaurant sur place. Bref, fortement recommandé.

Room was huge - king bed, and not one chair or coffee table. Bathroom fixtures were terribly old and mold around the shower and tiles. Poorly furnished for sure. Bed was comfortable but only had bedsheets. Had to ask for two blankets. Breakfast was good! Quiet area.

The rooms were dungeon like, dark and small. The outside common areas were beautifully maintained

El lugar se encuentra muy bien ubicado pero ya se encuentra bastante deteriorado.

El lugar en general es excelente, yo recomendaría que al llegar, pregunten sobre los horarios de comida que tienen incluidos, nosotros vimos en la app que solo era desayuno, al hacer check out vimos un letrero que decía horarios de desayuno, comida y cena, totalmente incluidos, ya era demasiado tarde.

The hotel was very convenient, steps from oasis and all shops and restaurants. I suspect property was gorgeous twenty years ago but I think it likely hasn’t had much for updates since then. It has very nice bones, garden, pool were nice but the rooms definitely could use some renovation, very dated. We didn’t spend time in the room as it was small and very basic but it met our needs for the one night we stayed. Air conditioning was great but toilet was very sensitive, didn’t flush well and we had to ask for it to be fixed within an hour of our stay. I will say we asked for it to be fixed and it was within ten minutes. Breakfast was nice in the morning, basic but hot and had toast and eggs and fresh fruits. All in all the property was nice, service great, location great but the rooms could use some renovations to make it a great resort. For one night would recommend staying there though. It met our needs fine.

Great location but hotel is clearly outdated and worn down. Breakfast buffet and coffee not good. Not much furniture in the room. Very noisy with the dune buggy parking just outside our room.

Huacachina is an amazing place. Mostly hostels but the DM Mossone looked to be a higher quality. Easy check in and beautiful gardens in the central courtyard. Our room was a really good size with a huge comfortable bed. The resort is lively and we could hear a lot of partying from adjacent hostels. Despite this had a good night sleep and the breakfast started at 06.00 so we were able to eat before our pick ip to Nazca at 06.45. The breakfast was buffet but had a good selection of fruit, cereals breads and scrambled eggs. We did have a quick swim in the pool which was a good size and lovely and quiet.
