We had a hard time checking in at first because there was some issues on our booking that the Hotel reception didn't approve right away. But the CSR of Traveloka fixed the issue right away. The staffs are friendly and are always ready to assist you if needs some help. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner and the Hot and Cold Shower is working. Overall, we had a relaxing time staying here during our business trip. 👍.

The staffs are clueless when we arrived, and we pay for breakfast, even though we have already paid for it. The management said the breakfast we paid for is just for one. If so, then they should change that policy. There are two persons checking in and of course, we will need two plates of food. Their policy does not make sense. I am not entirely sure if that is a ploy to get you into thinking that you've got a great deal.

Walking distance from SM Clark. Or you can book a GrabCar or Grabtrike, or hail a blue taxi if you don't want to walk. The people are accommodating, and friendly. There was welcome drinks offered to us. A few good options on the breakfast menu offered that comes with the room. Only issue we had with the breakfast is on the 2nd day, we were told that they only offer coffee or tea, yet we got iced tea on the 1st breakfast day. But we were still served the iced tea, anyway. The toilet flush wasn't working when we came in, but it was immediately fixed when we reported it. Also, since the other half of the CR didn't have a drainage, water filled the floor. They immediately cleaned it up for us. They provided toiletry kit. Heater, aircon, ref, tv (not smart) with a few cable channels were working fine. Wifi was fast, if working. It is intermittently working. I think they are turning it off at night. We werent able to use the pool, but I saw that they clean it every morning. We were 3 in the room. Our bed was 2 single beds put closer together. We got an extra folding bed for the 3rd person. We were allowed extra 30mins to stay, since the rest of our family from different parts came by, and held our exchange of gifts for Christmas. Very thankful for that. BTW, our room was 223. No windows. Overall, stay was good. All issues were addressed immediately, which was great.

The hotel was already in need of maintenance 5 years ago. Nothing was done since then. Toilet didn't flush properly, sink faucet was leaking, lots of ants in the room, the mattress didn't fit properly on the bed base, the key chain for the room key was gigantic, frequently the TV programs disappeared, no in room safe, power outlets were extremely loose, etc.

The hotel is very nice. Clean vicinity. Very accommodating staffs. I will really recommend this place

my colleagues are the one who checked in at the hotel, but in their end it was awesome.. the room was great and very well accommodated

It says on the "important note" that breakfast is included for 1 person and 50% off on the second guest but wasn't true.

Always had a relaxing stay here offered a free ice tea drink when checking in then enjoyed the pool too. I will definitely return when the price is promo again.

Hotel was located in a good location however they lacks some stuffs inside the room such as free bottled water and some staffs were not that accommodating.

Room without window is a big drawback for me! The room isn’t that clean at all. The dirty cleaning stuff is in the hallway such an eye soar!

Their staff is actually friendly & helpful. When I see the toilet it was not properly clean. The bedsheets have bad smell. The condition of the building is old. Anyway the location is accessible to the mall & transportation.

The staff are nice. Room also. The place is quiet so I had a good sleep. Food is also great.

Great stay there and grabbed a great rate at the time. I shall return as MacArthur once said.

I waited 1 and 1/2 hours before they got someone to replace the batteries on the TV remote and after 3 calls. My friend checked in a room that was yet to be furnished with soap, shampoo and what should be standard amenities. The bathroom and sink were particularly dirty. One security guard cannot possibly secure 2 separate hotel buildings. It’s a robbery waiting to happen! I will return to Angeles City but not to this dirty hotel.

We needed a place to spend the night while in Angeles, and this place wasn’t bad at all for 1000 pesos. Its not spanking brand new but at least the sheets are clean, the towel smell nice, and there’s actually hot water. Comes with free breakfast, don’t come here expecting a grand hotel, but for a place to spend a night definitely recommended! Tv with cable. Mini fridge. Aircon. Bathroom with heater. Kitchen sink. They have a 110V and 220V outlet too.

this hotel needs a major improvement.
