8月に宿泊しました。サンジャミーノから5km程はなれたところにあります。レンターカーを使用しての訪問です。大変きれいなホテルです。ホテルは、多分古い邸宅を改装したのだと思いますが、新しくモダンな内装です。宿泊した部屋から少し遠くサンジャミーノが見えトスカーナらしい風景が広がります。ホテルは町から離れているので、食事はホテルで取ることになります。コース料理もある高級レストランとややカジュアルなレストランの2種類ありますが、我々はカジュアルな方しか行きませんでした。パスタや前菜もおいしく十分満足しました。ワインリストもあり地元ワインにしましたが、２０ユーロぐらいで十分おいしかったです。サンジャミーノは、観光客が多く駐車場も少ないので朝の間に行くのが良いかと思います。このホテルは観光をガンガンしたいという人よりは、ホテルから景色を見ながらのんびりしたい方に向いていると思います。

田舎街にある美しいヴィラ風だが中身は近代ホテルのような造り。部屋も広く清潔で綺麗。難点はサンジミニャーノの旧市街から少し遠い事。ただしこのクラスのホテルは旧市街周辺にない為（ただ宿泊するだけの簡素なホテル）、ロケーションの難は致し方がない。

This luxury property is located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, accessible via a windind road so its not walkable or convenient to anything else. But the incredible views, scenery and indoor spa made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good.

In dieser Unterkunft erlebt man die Toskana pur. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sehr sauber. Das Hotel, der Außenbereich sowie der Spa-Bereich sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely loved the experience we had with this spa villa! Beautiful grounds pools and dinning experience. Staff were very welcoming and always attentive. My only negative thought on this property would be the cost to using the spa at 40 euros pp not per room. Otherwise an exceptional stay!

Good central location for getting around to see Tuscany area. Friendly helpful staff. Look forward to coming back to hotel after hard day of sightseeing to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding in every way. Friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The property is lovely and we had a spectacular view from our balcony. Food was plentiful and quite good. Highly recommend visiting this lovely resort!

This resort measures up to a great stay by all means. We were very impressed with the amenities, cleanliness and food quality. Sara at the front desk was amazingly helpfu and friendly. we will stay again and refer many people to this Gem of a resort high had a great Spa, pool, restaurant and location.

Villa Sanpaolo was a perfect hotel base for our family from which to explore Tuscany. Our three rooms were comfortable and the facilities are great. We took a variety of day trips to many places within easy reach: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and the Chianti region towns. The hotel staff are friendly and always willing to make suggestions for places to visit, things to do, or book restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel.

2 nights stay. First impression was: we are entering what was probably a nice hotel in the nineties. Good: dinner on the large restaurant was excellent. Bad: the confirmed city view was not there. The extra noise insulated room was not that! Not so important for use but the wellness and spa area was only accessible 3 hours and thereafter we would be charged separately. Some guest had issues with that. The taxi service with which the hotel is collaborating does not accept credit cards

Elisa at reception was a delight. She accommodated all of our needs and exceeded expectations. We hope to return in the future!
