部屋は清潔で、駐車場もたくさんあります。

実際、部屋の広さと清潔さは問題ありませんでした。しかし、3つ星ホテルの基準としては、部屋の鍵は1つしか渡されず、2つ目の鍵も許可されないというひどいものでした。2人用にツインベッドの部屋を予約したので、1人が外出したいときにもう1人が寝ているときには非常に面倒でした（渡されたキーカードは1枚だけで、エアコンと照明のために使わなければなりませんでした）。スタッフはフレンドリーで問題ありませんでした。ただし、チェックインとチェックアウトの時間は、処理時間を短縮するために改善できると思います。

During my stay at the hotel, I feel like the room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The bad part is the programs on the TV. It's very limited with one channel which you can watch. The rest is OK.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious, parking area provided.

Hi, We already stayed at this hotel before in 2018. That time the hotel is awesome. But now we think something need to be done to bring back the place same like before. Maybe because of the MCO. We not going to stay again at this hotel. Regards. Wadi.

Good service and environment .

I check in with my friend for one night. And we really enjoyed our vacation. Especially the balcony view. Im quite surprise and don’t expect at all. We really like it and can see Komtar from our room. Just need to upgraded the wifi because a bit slow. And TV channel also don’t have many channel. Other than that, we are satisfied. Staff was friendly and they give permission to check out at 1pm. Do not worry about parking because this hotel have a lot of parking and Also have a nice view. It have breakfast but we don’t take it so don’t know how the food is.Definitely will come again nextime. Thank you 😘
