全体的に見て、ここは市内中心部に位置するごく普通の3つ星ホテルです。街の中心部なのでどこへ行くにもアクセスしやすいです。 ホテルに過度な期待はしない方が良いでしょう。完璧なところなどありません。スリッパは持参することをお勧めします。冷蔵庫は全室に備え付けられているわけではありません。食品を冷やすために冷蔵庫が必要な場合は、リクエストしてください。 私は窓付きのトリプルルーム1室と窓のないダブルルーム1室を予約しました。クイーンサイズのベッドは寝ている時にきしみます。 基本的な清掃は行われていますが、バスルームのトイレットペーパーは清掃後に補充されていませんでした。夜中にフロントに電話したところ、フロントまで取りに行くように言われました。 洗面台の蛇口の水流が弱すぎます。 マレー人のスタッフは英語があまり得意ではありません。

まあ、大人3人で泊まるには少し狭いですが、寝るだけ、早めにチェックアウトするだけなら、値段を考えると十分です。

寝室の横にトイレットペーパーのロールではなく箱ティッシュを用意しておくと良いでしょう。

とても良いサービス。間違った日付を選択したにもかかわらず、ホテルは私のためにスケジュールを変更したいと考えていました。

Ramah pelayanan, bersih tempatnya dan bestlah.

Parking best. Belakang hotel ada kedai makan sedap. Bilik dia luas besar. Deco dalam bilik dia cantik sangat! Tapi air dalam bilik ni kecik slow je tak best nak mandi. Lepas tu aircond ada satu, ngadap kat pintu pulak tu. Buka suhu 16 pun still panas. Tidur memasing tak pakai selimut. Kami rapatkan katil, sekali tengok bawah katil banyak giler sampah. Kami tambah satu tilam extra. Baring nak tidur tetiba gatal. Gatal dia semacam. Kesian ayah tak boleh tidur dok menggaru. Sebab dia sorang je pakai tilam tu. Pergi bawah cari sesapa orang hotel yang ada, mujur jumpa. Jam satu pagi bilik kami tukar tilam.

The good thing was they have a big parking lot at the back of the building; The room is big; The hot/cold water for the shower is in good condition. Meanwhile, the bad thing was the toilet/shower is a bit smelly. No perfume/fragrance found. The floor is a bit dusty, especially under the bed. The TV is a bit old. Our room card/key can't open the door. The room also doesn't have a closet but is given only one hanger.

One of the staff is a perv. Booked for two days, left on the first. Felt so unsafe. I hope that the higher management had taken care of this matter and I hope that the staff would get a penalty of his irresponsible action.

Agent and hotels have no communication, details and information given from site are all incorrect. Each blame each other for the mistakes, at the end customers that suffer.

Gave us a free upgrade as they ran out of the room we booked. The location is so strategically with reasonable price. Definitely will be staying here again.
