立地条件が良く、24時間いつでも食事がしやすく、ホテル周辺には日用品のお店もたくさんあるので、このホテルに泊まって良かったです。

2 泊の滞在中、食事やレストランは簡単に見つけられ、交通手段も Grab で簡単に利用できます。

これまでのところ順調です。価格的にはOKです。 授業では大丈夫です。

宿泊するには悪くない、手頃な料金の宿泊施設です。騒音も少なく、眺めも良く、サービスも良かったです。

スタッフはよりフレンドリーになり、より笑顔になるように努めます

ホテルは手頃で、部屋は清潔、場所も分かりやすいです。しかし、スタッフは顧客とのコミュニケーション方法を改善する必要があります。滞在は快適でした。

Room was not ready when it was time to check in despite being 1 hour after check in time. Room floor was wet and not dried properly. Towels were dirty.

Hi. The room was not too great. It was great for the price, but unfortunately not for its condition. The room is ill-maintained. The pictures advertised were misleading. The flooring needed attention and there's dust and hair on the floor and even in the mini fridge. I cancelled my stay there after one night. Hope to see better service from the hotel.

It was okay. This the third Times already.

Bad hotel ever. They ask Me to deposit 100rm. When I want to check out they Only give Me 50rm. Because the lady at the front Desk write 50Rm on the computer. She steals my money and she is so rude.

You will get what you paid for. Dirty room and bathroom. Cockroachs crawling inside the room.

With the price RM40, I don't expect much, just to take a rest only. Anyway, good thing about the room, coffee and tea is available, water dispenser is available outside the room. Private toilet with shampoo and shower gel. The bath towel is bad. Room condition consider good and clean. I didn't take any photo of it.

Waited for very long time for the check-in process. There is no record in the hotel system regarding my booking. Have to call just to find out my booking for this hotel. Waste my time since I'm already very tired. The aircon in the room is not functioning well. The access card provided cannot access to the room. Been walking up and down for this. Finally got to change a room. Tiring experience just to sleep in a lousy hotel. Never ever come again!

Actually the room was a bit comfortable for the price that we got. But, there had been a very strong smoky and cigarettes smell inside the room and throughout the floor. I had to open the window to let the smell disappear and it helped a bit. Water heater also malfunctioned. The air-cond felt rather warm than cold which was a bit unpleasant. And the area outside the hotel was also slightly unclean as there's workshops and all. Overall it's a nice stay for cheap price with good service of staff.

Luar kamar banyak puntung rokok dan bau, kamar mandi bocor, dan kunci kamar tiap hari harus update ke resepsionis (wasting my time).
