Toilet sink leaking & slanted-waste water discharged onto the floor. Air-con remote control LCD display defective-cannot see the wording.

Very basic room, but good enough for few hours sleep. Checked in at 2am, stayed 1 night here to catch morning ferry.

The receptionist (male) was not very supportive and hospitality to attend the customer. Everyting ask immediately reply by. Not sure, we don't have, and so on but when ask the female receptionist at lobby she seems more hospitality and willing to listen and supportive. Thanks for the lady. Sorry forgot to recall her name.

good location which in walking distance to jetty and bus terminal, near lot of food shops and convenient store. room is clean.

Reasonable price. The room is spacious. Toilet is clean. I hope the management would change the toilet mat to towel and change it every every time customer checked-out. I also would like to suggest to use better quality of bed cover. Keep up the cleanliness.

Nice, clean room and toilet. But there is no aircond remote provided. The water pipe is broken but still can be used. No lift and used stairs for the room at level 3.

very clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable to stay before you entering to Tioman and it is near to the jetty.

Smelly and noisy, room smell like seasoned herbs, toilet window always open and let the smell of downstairs kitchen cooking, at night time very noisy of people chatting
