Good location for business traveler, near business district

Bedroom mattress was awful, gave me bad painful backaches.

Some areas and the elevator were under renovation. Interior looks old with signs of restoration. Our room was big for a small family but it was a bit dark inside. A portion of the kitchen floor was broken due to water damage. The staff were nice and courteous. Great location!

Good customer service. We had a seamless check in and check out. Do not expect much as this is 3 star hotel but location is very good.

Though the check in process is smooth and they allowed us to upgrade our room free of charge, but the unit is old already and need renovation. Need new bed sheet, ( old ald not look dirty white already, need to upgrade beds, clean the kitchen sink, need to upgrade roof light ( masyado deem) need to provide new towels ( matigas na and look old na din.need to prvide new pillows (soggy na ung mga pillows) Room 1012 cr is OK , shower is working properly but still need to upgrade. Kitchen sink and red also need upgrade and cleaning. Provide fitted duvet so that beddings will not be moved immediately kapag ginagamit. But still we enjoy our stay 😀

I have a comfortable stay BSA suite. And I recommend this Hotel, Thumbs up!

Actually, it's only good. Good location but old amenities. I suggest to renovate and maintain.

We just had a little problem with the locks especially with the bathroom. Please make time to change the locks cause it's already old and rusty. I was expecting also that there are complete toiletries like other hotels. What we only got is a spare of mini tube of shampoo, conditioner and 2 bar soap. Also, we got insect bites when we woke up we do not know if it is mosquito or bedbugs.

Great. No problem on our check in. But their parking is not enough to accomodate guest who are staying.

Not clean. Very inconvenient place.

I booked for Executive Twin Room but the room is not as expected and small. I thought the bathroom has great interiors as well as the room itself but to our surprise we are really dismayed. The BSA is an old building. Pillow are only 2 pieces and when I requested another one it costs me Php50. The only good thing about this Suite is the friendly and courteous staff other that these I cannot recommend the BSA Suites for people who are looking for a cozy staycation with family and friends.

Clean 2 BR unit. Centrally located.

They will require you to give your credit card for incidental damage deposit worth P2,000 even though they don't have anything for sale inside the room anyway. They say it's only pre authorization but upon checking my card they held the money and when I called BSA they will wait 2-3 weeks before releasing the funds. Not a good way of doing business.

No bidet. They have a stoke, but they didn't provide any pan.
