駅からも近く、対応も丁寧。 部屋も綺麗でとても快適。 ２度目の滞在でしたが文句なしです。

小さいけれど快適なホテル。スタッフがとても親切で気持ちが良かった。 中心部からはちょっと離れているけれど、周りにレストランも幾つかあるので、便利です。

S.Giovanni駅を利用するなら近くてよいが、Trenordo、バスターミナルからは少し距離があるが、中心街へも徒歩１０分程度で行けるので悪くはないと思う。 非常に静かだし、スタッフの感じも良く、快適。 近くにレストラン、スーパーもある。 朝食が充実していた。総合的に見て、とても満足。

駅からもコモ湖からも近く、ロケーションは文句無し。 ホテル内部もお洒落で清潔。 受付の人も気さくで感じが良かった。 とても良いホテルでした。

旧市街の中心部ではないがコモ湖畔、カテドラルとも容易に歩行範囲にある。ホテル前の道は一方通行で車でのアクセスにいは事前に良く調べておく方が良い。ホテル前の路上に駐車可（一部有料）。

S.giovanni駅から徒歩10分程度ですが、石畳のためスーツケースを引っ張っての移動はチョット大変です。 宿泊したシングルルームは窓はありましたが、ホテルの階段が見える、内窓です。部屋は小さくシャワーのみですが、一人にはまあ、十分かな。外には面していないので外からの音は全くありませんが、隣や上の階の部屋からの水の音はよく聞こえます。3階(日本の4階)でしたが、フロントの電話の音も聞こえるくらいで、防音はあまりよくありません。ただ、たまたまみなさん静かに過ごしてくれる人ばかりが宿泊していたらしく、夜はぐっすり眠れました。 インターネットは無料で通信状態も良いです。テレビもすごい数のチャンネルがあるのもいかった。 朝いるおじさんはいま一つ感じが良くなかったけど、夕方までフリントにいるお兄さんは感じが良かったです。 値段を考えれば、悪くないホテルだと思います。

Excellent hotel. My room was large, with a comfortable bed (and great memory pillows), and the most modern bathroom with terrific shower. About a 10 minute walk from the station and lakeside. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Good hotel, well located for reaching the main line train station and the ferry for Lake Como. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The only disappointment was that the safe in the room wasn’t working and was not repaired during our stay.

The room was spacious, clean & the bed was nice. My only issue was that I could hear everything that went on outside & it woke me up at 5am.

Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location for my travels.

A good location, in a quiet location and close to the railway station but only about 10 min walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was good overall, very clean and comfortable bed. Th staff were lovely and always available. The only issue was the shower tray which did not prevent water from flowing onto the floor of the bathroom which then did not drain away very well. A better shower tray would help prevent this.

Hyggelig hotel, svak service, vanskelig med parkering, må bære koffertene opp halve etasjer, veldig fint rom. Dyr frokost. Kafeteria over gaten med ferske bakevarer til 1/3 av prisen. Hotellet ligger sentralt i et rolig område.

Good location to visit Como Fc and Como, shop nearby. Friendly and helpful staff
