こんにちは。先日ホテルに宿泊したのですが、チェックアウト後に黒いヴェッティ（インドの伝統的なドーティ）を部屋に置き忘れてしまったかもしれません。ホテルのハウスキーピング／遺失物取扱所に確認していただき、見つかったかどうか教えていただけますでしょうか？よろしくお願いいたします。

立地が良く、交通機関の駅にも近く、清潔で快適です。

フロントのサービスはフレンドリーではなく、ゲストは長い間待たされました。対応や作業方法が遅い。朝の入浴にはお湯は出ません。

ひどいホテル。良くない。すべてにお金を払わなければならない。ベッドのタオル。掃除もしてくれない。

Very rude and unprofessional old lady manager that in charge at the reception. I've booked 5 rooms for 2 nights and 1 of the room was family with 2adults and 2 kids. The manager counted the passport and said passport was extra 2 and have to pay for 2 extra bed for 800baht. Initially I refuse but the manager insist and threatened will not allow for check in then I have to agree but then when I said put both extra bed at the same room then the manager said cannot have to put each one room. I explained that they are one family want to stay together but then the manager still refuse. The old lady manager was very rude, unprofessional and unethical. Should learn how to communicate with the customer. Please careful when you check in and don't give all the passport to the receptionist as they just want us to pay extra bed.

Hotel ini berhampiran Lee Garden Plaza. Jarak ke semua tempat popular sekitar bandar cuma perlu berjalan kaki. Hotelnya bersih, terdapat kolam renang, urusan daftar masuk dan keluar yang mudah dan lif tetamu yang juga cekap.

Hotel lama fasilitas seadanya lokasin sangat strategis dekat dengan lee garden hotel.

Ya ampun aku sampe speechless, dengan harga di bawah 500 dapet kamar luas, bersih, lobi luas banyak sofa, ada kolam, bathtub, jendela gede dengan pemandangan luar biasa dari atas lantai 10, resepsionis ramah, kalau ada 10 bintang deh kasihnya. Wajib nginep sini kalau ke Hat Yai lagi nanti. Terima kasih agen online dan bp grand Tower Hotel.

Bp grand Tower Hotel always been my first choice of accommodation in Hatyai due to strategic location as you can find variety of nice food and massage place within walking distance moreover services from hotel front desk to house keeping tremendous ly friendly.

Request for single twin bed, but they say no room available, until 5pm still can't check in.
