I will not stay the Shanghai hotel in a future. Trouble was happened in a same floor with customers in early morning such as 4 O'clock and almost two hours trouble. I couldn't sleep well by noises.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. I rang the bell many times, even phoned. After about 10 minutes the receptionist arrived. This is unlike 4 starts hotel service. At the check in, they asked 50euro deposit on top of the room fee. And I had to pay 100euro because we reserved 2 rooms. Is it necessary as I was already paying full room fee? Though this deposit was paid back at check-out. I find 100euro deposit is much. Wifi in the room was rather weak. May times internet was cut. There was no power socket at bed side. That is inconvenient. Otherwise room was comfortable and clean.

部屋は広く快適で、ホテル全体もとても清潔で快適でした。周辺には食事処などはありませんが、ガソリンスタンド付属の小さなスーパーと24時間営業のマクドナルドが徒歩5分以内のところにあるので、問題ありませんでした。バス停はそこそこ近いものの本数が少なく、最寄りのトラムの停留所までは歩いて10分ほどですので、そこは少々不便です。

非常にきれいなホテルで，快適でした．対応もよく，親切です． 近くにすごく混んでいますがMcDonaldがあります． ただ，アクセスが悪く，道が複雑で迷います．Delftからは駅から60番のバスでDefensieまで行くと便利です．バス代は€2です．また，WiFiが無料でしたが，5時間の制限つきでした．少し不便です．

Zeer prettige ervaring! Alles was perfect geregeld. Het was schoon, netjes, comfortabel en erg gastvrij. Een speciale dank aan Maxim bij de receptie — zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nice hotel, unfortuanately bad service. They started work with drills, hammering and sanding at 07.00 o'clock on saturday morning! At check in the girl made a mistake to tell us we already paid. I book a lot of hotels so I dont always know if I already paid or not. As soon as we were on the room she called us to tell about the misstake. We told her we would come down to pay because we were leaving somewhere in 30 minutes. She started hammering on our door after 20 minutes and threatening she should warn the manager if we did not pay immediately. Accusing us of being criminals or so. They have yet to learn a lot about customer services.

The room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We found a quaterly-filled beer bottle in the wardrobe on our first night and on our last night, we discovered a brown stain on the part of the duvet at the end of the bed. It's hard to believe that housekeeping did not notice it while changing the duvet covers. We reported it to the front desk and they apologised. They gave us a single duvet and sheet to make do for the night. Also, most of their towels are so worn-out/thin which I believe should be retired. Management should pay attention to housekeeping and the cleanliness of the rooms. Aside that, their breakfast is very good and healthy. The staff are very helpful and friendly; commendable. They've also got lots of free parking.

The room is old and not very clean. The walls are not sound proof at all. We could hear people talking in their room next to us. What's worse, on the second night, the people in the room next to us had party and played loud music for the entire night. We could barely sleep.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Es war alles sehr schön. Das Zimmer war ein verstaubt. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Chambre très bien, grande, propre. Il manque des verres. Incompréhension avec la présence de 3 systèmes a savoir un aor pulsé, une clim et un radiateur. L'air pulsé est frais et impossible à arrêter. Heureusement le radiateur contre balance. Super écolo quoi.

Eigentlich ein interessantes Hotel, die Einrichtung ist nicht billig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und brächte eine Renovierung. Das Frühstück gut, der Frühstücksraum gemütlich, das Personal nett, der Parkplatz toll. Schade, das Restaurant ist geschlossen, aber das wussten wir vorher. ABER: das Hotel ist NICHT SAUBER. Und das ist wirklich eklig. Man kann sich mit vielem arrangieren, aber wegen der mangelnden Sauberkeit, würde wir das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen

Super schoon super service

Great reception, room was nice and clean when I first entered, plugs were a little exposed but that wasn’t a problem and the breakfast was always there and ready. Would recommend for any length of stay.
