I will not stay the Shanghai hotel in a future. Trouble was happened in a same floor with customers in early morning such as 4 O'clock and almost two hours trouble. I couldn't sleep well by noises.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. I rang the bell many times, even phoned. After about 10 minutes the receptionist arrived. This is unlike 4 starts hotel service. At the check in, they asked 50euro deposit on top of the room fee. And I had to pay 100euro because we reserved 2 rooms. Is it necessary as I was already paying full room fee? Though this deposit was paid back at check-out. I find 100euro deposit is much. Wifi in the room was rather weak. May times internet was cut. There was no power socket at bed side. That is inconvenient. Otherwise room was comfortable and clean.

部屋は広く快適で、ホテル全体もとても清潔で快適でした。周辺には食事処などはありませんが、ガソリンスタンド付属の小さなスーパーと24時間営業のマクドナルドが徒歩5分以内のところにあるので、問題ありませんでした。バス停はそこそこ近いものの本数が少なく、最寄りのトラムの停留所までは歩いて10分ほどですので、そこは少々不便です。

非常にきれいなホテルで，快適でした．対応もよく，親切です． 近くにすごく混んでいますがMcDonaldがあります． ただ，アクセスが悪く，道が複雑で迷います．Delftからは駅から60番のバスでDefensieまで行くと便利です．バス代は€2です．また，WiFiが無料でしたが，5時間の制限つきでした．少し不便です．

The suite itself was spacious and had several great features: a good coffee machine, a large soaker tub, big windows with effective light-blocking curtains, strong heating and air conditioning, and good overall lighting. Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted the stay. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets were noticeably rough and “loud,” making them unpleasant to sleep on. Cleanliness was also a concern, as there was hair from a previous guest tangled around the shower hose and visible dirty fingerprints on doors. The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk service—specifically from Maxim. We initially had trouble operating the room safe. While he attempted to help over the phone, after continued issues he simply told us that they had many different types of safes and that we would have to figure it out ourselves, rather than offering assistance. On another occasion, I asked where I could get ice cubes. He told me I needed to go upstairs to the restaurant and request some there. When I spoke with the restaurant staff, they said they had no ice and seemed confused as to why I had been sent there. After returning to my room, I called the front desk again to ask where I could actually find ice, and Maxim responded rudely: “Maybe you can find them in America.” I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed. The poor service alone would prevent me from recommending.

Si bien el alojamiento puede parecerte alejado del casco antiguo, a dos cuadras tiene parada de bus que te acerca al mismo o a la estación central de Delf desde donde puedes llegar a otras ciudades. El personal fue amable, la limpieza estuvo correcta.

Good location and free parking. Clean rooms, I’d stay here again.

Standard-Frühstück, ausreichend und geeignet für einen guten Start in den Tag. Mieträder waren günstig und ordentlich. E-Bike war sogar sehr gut.

très bel établissement avec un vaste parking gratuit grande chambre au calme avec une salle de bain spacieuse le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent et souvent plein. Il propose une cuisine chinoise authentique. tout était parfait

Das Personal war sehr nett, an der Rezeption sind wir sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und die anderen Hotelgäste waren in der Nacht sehr respektlos... dafür kann das Hotel aber natürlich nichts. Für ein Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen

Breakfast was great, with a variety to choose from, sweet and salty. The bread was delicious.

Not sure why there are some negative reviews, we had an excellent stay. We stayed in a deluxe studio, and it was great. Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. This hotel deserves more than it's current rating of "Good"

Hôtel 4 étoiles de grande qualité. Très bien décoré, belle grande chambre, grand choix au petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable, qui nous a directement parlé en français. Restaurant au 1er étage, de ce fait le samedi soir le parking est vite plein car des personnes extérieures viennent y manger. L'accès est facile, proche d'une zone. Un très bon Hôtel que je recommande!
