広々としていたし、清潔だった。スタッフの人たちも好印象。

メトロの駅から近くて良い。 朝食は種類が少ないのに補充がされず食べられないものがあり残念でした。 スタッフは皆良い方ばかりです。 階段横の部屋だったので、人の昇り降りの音がとてもうるさかったです。耳栓をして寝るのですが、耳栓をしてもうるさかった。

私の中では文句なしのホテルでした。 bernini駅からすぐで、駅の近くにはスーパーもあります。設備についても綺麗です。朝ごはんもケーキが出たりと美味しいです。本当にくつろぐことができました。

La camera tripla era in pessime condizioni, battiscopa divelti, porta d'ingresso rotta, bagno in condizioni non eccellenti, pareti in pessime condizioni, il letto aggiuntivo su cui ha dormito mi figlia era appoggiato ad una parete sporca.

We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Tourist - The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! Fresh pastries that you can smell as you wake up, great food selection. Hotel is walking distance to the metro and bus. I love that they have a list of recommended restaurants. Top on our list that they suggested is Peperosso.

Da segnalare la colazione, una sorpresa di ottima qualità. Hotel alla fine comodo, tutto regolare, peccato per il fatto che l’insonorizzazione non esista. Personale molto ben preparato, accogliente ed educato. Non sarà stato un soggiorno da 10 ma non demerita assolutamente.

Kein Toilettenpapier bei Check in in Zimmer vorhanden und auch auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen wurde bis zum Check Out (auch nach Zimmerservice) kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Frühstück wurde nur unzureichend wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr laut und hellhörig.

The room and the entire building was terribly cold. We asked to check the heater and was told they were fine, bearly working at all, no double window. The staff was not helpful nor friendly at all

Albergo vecchio, quasi fatiscente. Arredi camera ridotti all’osso…(mancano le spalliere dei letti). Servizi inesistenti. Reception chiusa di notte!

La struttura era molto pulita (ho visto pulire i tavolini della colazione con l'alcol, tra un ospite e l'altro...). Il personale veramente molto molto gentile. Apprezzatissime le buste con le indicazioni lasciateci perché siamo arrivati tardi. La colazione varia e buona. I letti e i cuscini comodi.

La camera era in buonissime condizioni di igiene. I servizi proposti di cui necessitavo sono stati fruiti senza difficoltà. A disposizione vicina fermata metro e parcheggio a richiesta. Colazione dolce e salata disponibilità con servizio caffetteria dei gestori a supporto.Nel caso serva,ci ritornerò

Close to a metro station, which was convenient. Also close to a number 13 tram stop which takes you straight through the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this hotel again.

tres bien accueilli et personnel très gentil ,hotel un peu vieux mais calme et bien situé proche des transports en commun

Impossible de ce doucher à cause d’un problème d’eau qui a été résolu dans la soirée mais vu la couleur de l’eau j’e n’ai pas osé me laver les dents .Chambre très classique je dirais vieillotte. Le lit est propre et agréable. La Clim bruyante , le personnel très agréable et le petit très bon ce qui remonte la note
