The key of my hotel room's door did not work at the first day. The response of the hotel staff was nice. They made efforts to solve the problem.

すぐ隣に銀行もあり、大通りに面していていい立地だと思います。その分夜車が通る音は少しうるさいかもしれません。 幸運なことに自分の部屋にはポットがありました。使いませんでしたが... バスタブも付いてました。

湯沸かしポットかコーヒーメーカーが客室にあるとの情報でしたが、実際は ありませんでした。1フロアーに3部屋くらいしかないので、静かに過ごせます。 空港からの783番バスで約1時間、universitateで下車徒歩2分。バスは下車寸前にホテル前を通過します。空港へ向かう際のバス停は、同名の地下鉄駅よりも 南にあるので、徒歩10分くらいかかります。 通過します。

観光地近くなので便利。

部屋はきれいでした。しかし、トイレにトイレットペーパーが流せないのは・・・。ルーマニアに来て初めてのホテルだったのでそんなもんかと思っていましたが、ここと同額かそれ以下のホテルでもその他の都市では普通にトイレットパーパーが流せました。首都のホテルが割高なのはどの国も共通なのでしようがありません。(観光客的には見る場所の少ない都市なのに・・・) フロントの対応などはしっかりしていて、安心感がありました。レストランの場所を聞いたときもしっかり対応してもらえました。また、英語が通じるのでコミュニケーションには困りません。 周辺には美術館や広場があり、散歩のスタート地点としては良いように感じました。レストランに行くにはダウンタウンまで15分ほど歩く必要があります。また、水などの買い物は昼間は最寄り駅(地下鉄)でするかダウンタウン(コンビニがある)まで行く必要があります。

スタッフの対応が良かった。いつも気さくに話しかけてくれた。部屋は寝心地良かったが、周りの部屋のうるさいのには辟易。別の部屋に移れば良かったと後悔している。

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location, within walking distance of the Old Town and plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The room was huge and well equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge and kettle. I needed to ask reception for the key to the safe, but this wasn’t an issue at all. The receptionist came up to the room to make sure it was the correct key and explained how to lock and unlock the safe, which was appreciated. The room was very clean on entering, nice bright accent colour to add extra colour. The bed was comfortable and although you could hear some movement from the corridor at times, it wasn’t excessive or disruptive. My room was at the front of the building meaning I could hear constant traffic noises from the busy road but after walking all day every day this wasn't an issue for me. The bathroom was clean and in a good condition. The bath did take quite a long time to fill, only tried that once before opting for showers for the rest of my stay. I did have a balcony room, the balcony wasn't one you could comfortably sit out on but it was good to be able to open the door and let some air into the room, especially during current hot weather. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location. I’d happily stay here again.

Tudo foi ótimo, mesmo sem café da manhã, tinha chaleira e café solúvel no quarto e eu tinha queijo e torradas. Tinha uma funcionária que fala espanhol, logo não tive problema de comunicação.

Prima kamers, welliswaar iets gedateerd,maar keurig schoon Mensen aan de receptie super vriendelijk. Aan een drukke weg, maar daar hoor je weinig van.

Overall it was a nice stay and what I would expect for a 3 star hotel . The staff was super helpful and nice . The only complaint I have about the room would be the heating. The heating didn’t work great but the staff did leave extra blankets in my room after cleaning without being asked . Maybe consider upgrading or adding a nice portable heater . As far as amenities it would be nice to have WiFi that works , Netflix access , or at least a smart tv to access your own Netflix account . It would also be nice if we were given free bottles of water instead of being charged for it and had microwaves on the rooms to heat up leftovers .

Hotel is basic but in a great location. Room is clean and comfortable and staff were polite and helpful.

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway, very close to the bus stop (bus 100 to/from the airport) central location, easy to find, quick check in and check out, clean and tidy room would stay again :)

The staff were friendly. The receptionist even came to help me with my sofa bed when I didn't want to share a double with my sister. It did seem a little run down but it was clean and warm and the room was spacious. The location is very good, right in the middle and with buses to the airport regularly and a metro station close by.

Room was spacious. Staff are nice. Bed was not comfortable and room was noisy from the traffic outside

It’s centrally located .. the rooms are big with plenty of space .. you can shower or take a bath … issues are that you have to walk up roll up ur luggage to get to a 1940s open and close 2 doors elevator …for customers with mobility issues that won’t work.. they also don’t provide shampoo .. the bars of soap provided are inadequate… there also is no hair dryer in the room ..there is no same day laundry service… it takes two days to get ur laundry done .

Vi boede på et værelse i en dag, så skulle vi flytter værelse fordi de lige pludselig skulle renovere det vi boede i, hende i reparationen sagde at rengøringsdamen har gjort magte ud af vores nye værelse, kunne vi så se da vi åbnet op at det så ikke passet Gulvet var stadig beskidt, lagte en strømpe halvt under sengen som selvfølgelig ikke var vores, edderkop spind og edderkopper i hjørnerne af værelset
