The hotel and staff were fantastic. But there is a hidden secret. Walk out of the hotel to the ocean front. Turn right and up and over the garden, down a short path and left at the caravan park and you will come across the best beach bar ever. La Spiaggina. The owner is a great young man who works very hard. They are helpful. And Kind. THIS IS A MUST VISIT BAR

The room and property were clean, but every time we left the room there was something of an odor upon returning. The cleaning staff also always left the window open when they were done. We eventually realized it was the water after we had to soak up some water from the floor after a shower. We also did not like the restaurant for dinner and went out for dinner while staying there. The location and pool were great and overall it a 3.5 to 4 star for us. Not bad, but we have stayed in better places for the money on this trip.

The room was nice and comfortable. It appeared to be off season so not much available. We enjoyed sitting by the ocean . The restaurant was underwhelming. We expected very tasty local seafood. There were not alot of options and what we had was not great. Very expensive for very few options. The live music was very nice

Wonderful historical fort turned hotel. Beautiful gardens, rocky beach, crystal clear water. A private hidden gem we happened to stumble upon through Expedia.

Klart annorlunda och kul byggnad, nära till havet men stenigt och svårt att hitta ställe att ligga på. Prydligt men litet rum. Det som stör mest är priset i förhållande till nivån. Inget kaffe på rummet, 1 liten vattenflaska för 2 trots 3 dagar. Plastmuggar på rummet, ordinär frukost med bedrövlig ”juice”, lyhört med bröllop efter bröllop mm. För nästan 4000 kr per natt är det direkt dåligt.

Really cool piece of history, rooms were comfy, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating, even for our vegan meal preferences. Highly recommend!
