サービスは良好で、空港とホテル間のシャトルサービスもあります。レストランの食事の値段は少し高めです。

このホテルのサービスは素晴らしいです。チェックインが深夜1時と遅かったのですが、空港やヤス島などの場所への無料シャトルサービスも提供されていて、とても助かりました。こんな設備だと、市内中心部に泊まる意味がないですよね。

一晩の途中降機に空港からの無料送迎は良かったです。部屋はシンプルですが、短期滞在に必要なものはすべて揃っていました。朝食は普通のビュッフェスタイルでしたが、とても美味しかったです。スタッフは素晴らしかったです。

ホテルからは無料バスが出ているので空港への往復もとても便利です。場所は非常に近く、ホテルの雰囲気は快適で清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーです。朝食については、私の意見では、それは美味しく、レストランの場所は非常に便利です。

Hotel bagus cuma masalahnya sangat jauh dari luar jadi kalo sudah masuk hotel susah transportasi keluar hanya asa taxy.

Sebelum booking saya sudah menelp langsung, mreka sangat helpful, saat check in jam 1 pagi juga mreka sangat menbantu dan ramah, tersedia shuttle bus free dari zayed international airport, makanannya enak, pelayannya ramah-ramah baik-baik, very recommende hotel to stay selama transit di abu dhabi, hotel hanya berjarak kurang lebih 2-3 km dari bandara, naik bus 10 menit saja.

The hotel is near The Terminal 3. So, you need to get a bus from Terminal A to The Hotel. After you pass the immigration (The uea 48 hours transit visa is free. You can apply from Etihad website), you should take a bus to The Hotel (The bus is free and always come every one hour). The bus station is outside the Terminal building. Just turn right after the exit door. The room is very comfort, clean and the staffs are nice

This hotel is very convenient, we don't need to take taxi or other transportation, we just walk inside the airport building to get to this hotel. However, because it is outside the immigration, you will need a visa of UAE to get out from the immigration. Other than that. This hotel is good.

Very bad access from new terminal A. A real chaos. Badly indicated. No shuttle even when promised on the web site. More than one hour to go from terminal A to the hotel. Then the AC did not work. Hopefully the bed was comfortable.

It is really a good hotel which is neat in every respect. As it is close to the airport, much convenient. Check in time was not comfortable for me.I landed there at 5.30 am but the chewing time was at 2 pm that caused much disturbance.

I want to to Nikkil for allow me to early check in. I really appriciate. He very kind person and give me complimentary drink voucher. everthing is awesome staying here. sure will be back if transit again in Abu Dhabi
