Muy buena alternativa en Pto Montt, ejemplo de un clasico con buen servicio, el desayuno muy bien y la vista que ofrece es de las mejores.

Bien, aunque al hacer el check in dijeron que los consumos los pagáramos al salir para no facultar el IVA y confiado en eso pagué lo que me indicaron y luego me llegó la factura donde cobraron el IVA

Hotel Gran Pacifico es un hotel clássico de estilo vintage que apreciamos. Tiene una sala de desayuno y restaurante con una vista panorámica muy linda. El desayuno es muy bien servido para una enorme variedade de dietas. El staff fue muy amable y pronto a responder a nuestros pedidos, sin excepción desde la recepción al restaurante. Hemos tenido una estadía muy agradable en Gran Pacifico.

O estacionamento frequentemente lotava. Deixamos o carro no estacionamento dos funcionários, porém as vagas eram muito apertadas. O trânsito na região é muito intenso, o que dificulta muito o acesso de carro

the staff was extremely helpful!! The room was nice, but definitely showing age (bathroom was old). But water was hot, shower worked!

Great location. The restaurant on the terrace it’s a must. The view is beautiful and the food amazing.

Good room, great bed. Excellent breakfast. But the staff at check-in were terrible. Long wait then gave us the wrong room and we had to be moved.

Great view and location. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The food was outstanding: seafood and fish. Rooms were clean and the bed and bedding were comfortable.

Location, staff at the front desk, service in the dining room, chef/ seafood and fish, and bed comfort were all excellent. Super helpful and kind given our changing circumstances. Walking the boardwalk and Saturday fish market were an enjoyable addition to our stay and easily accessible from the hotel. Thank you.

Foi ruim. Hotel com colchões muito antigos deformados pelo uso. Travesseiros muito altos. Dormi noites ruins. Pior ainda foi minha mulher que cortou o pé no batente de uma porta do banheiro, que estava fixado no piso e o atendente da recepção ainda foi grosseiro com ela.

Quarto excelente, grande e com uma belíssima vista. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Les lits étaient confortables. C'était calme. Propre. Si on ne veut pas sortir, il y a le restaurant au dernier étage. Je cherchais un hôtel avec un parking attenant, il y en a un, même s'il ne communique pas directement avec l'intérieur de l'hôtel, c'est juste à côté. Petit déjeuner moyen, mais compris dans le prix de la chambre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bon emplacement pour l'aéroport.
