海に面した部屋で、バルコニーからの眺めは、最高でした。オーナーの娘さんが鍵や部屋、街の説明を丁寧にしてくれました。フェリー乗り場から10分ほどですが、とにかく階段が多いので荷物を持って上がっていくのは、大変でした。1泊しかしなかったので、次の日は、荷物をフェリー乗り場に近い預かり所に預けました。

写真の通り、部屋からアドリア海を見渡せることができ、サンセットも見ることができました。バルコニーからの眺めは最高で、ずつーと見ることができました。ただ、となりのバルコニーと隣接していて、壁がなかったので客と顔を合わせるのがちょっと気まずかったです。声も丸聞こえです。 宿までの道のりが急な坂道があるため、スーツケース押すのが大変でした。だけど、部屋からの絶景を見たら疲れは吹っ飛びました！

シービューの部屋は広いバルコニーでくつろぎながら夕陽やフブァルタウンを眺めることが出来て最高。部屋自体も何ら問題なく快適に過ごせる。 ホストも島に到着時にバスターミナルまで迎えに来てくれて親切だった。タウンからアパートまで徒歩10分。途中急な坂道が続くので小さな子供がいると少し大変。

テラスからの景色が最高！

フヴァールの多くのアパルトマンと同様に坂の上にあるため、階段を避けたルートを探しながらたどり着いた。 アパルトマンは広いテラスがあり、フヴァールの美しい海の景色を眺めながらゆっくりした時間を過ごすことができた。 オーナーのチェックイン時の対応もよく、旅で増えた洗濯物をEUR10で引き受けてくれた。オーナーが干して畳むまでをやってくれ大変助かった。 テラスにも物干しがあったので水着などを干したりで着便利だった。

The apartment was ok very small but it work location great- only thing is be prepared to bring coffee, sugar and all your essentials it was empty normally I leave behind coffee or sugar for the next guess but here clearly nothing is left behind…but overall good experience

The balcony view was spectacular. The apartment/room was smaller that expected, did not have 2 beds but a full bed and a couch. The area was quiet and clean. The 24 hours "concierge" was not there, we did not find the manager when we needed it.

Staff was very polite and helpful.

Great location for Dubrovnik old town. In the flats, close to bakery... Loved it!

I don’t think I would stay here again. The place is located pretty far up the hill. The room was basic. Clean. Quiet AC. But the “view” is not visible from the bedroom but is from the terrace outside the kitchen. The kitchen, by the way is detached, so you have to go outside your room to access it. Not super convenient first thing in the morning. There’s no lobby and no 24 hour front desk (even though the listing says there is), so when I arrived it was not obvious where to go or how to get my room. My phone wasn’t allowing me to call the number, so I was just stuck standing around for awhile until another guest let me use their phone to call the host. The bathroom vent seems to go directly into the neighbors’ bathroom. You can hear everything they do in the bathroom.

There was no toilet paper but was spacious and clean

The sea view room has a beautiful view of the sea and the town! There is a nice balcony with a table and chairs that you can enjoy the view and the sunset from. I did find several ants crawling the side along the dining table but did seem contained to the kitchen and not the living space. One thing to note, this property is on an incline - so be prepared to walk uphill or climb stairs to get here from the port. This could be tougher with heavier luggage.
