旧市街へはバスでの移動になるが、近くにスーパーもあり特に滞在には困らなかった。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせた。

駅からバスで10分くらい。チケットはタバッキで買えます。 オーナーさんはとても気遣いしてくれる女性で、観光のアドバイスなどしてくれます。 部屋も綺麗で居心地は良いですが、Wifiが超遅いのとエアコンが無く送風機のみだったので夏はきついと思います。 朝食は指定した時間に部屋まで持ってきてくれます。 大きな人懐こいシェパードがお出迎えしてくれるので癒されました。

Stipan is situated a few minutes' walk from a main taxi rank. It has all you need for a self-catering stay, fruit, veg and fresh meat are absolutely top quality! Local bars and cafes offer good value if you prefer. We use Split as a hub; you can take day excursions to the islands and visiting the Roman remains at Salona is a fantastic experience. Communication with property is simple with quick response times.

An easy stroll into main area of Split. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by. We were catching a ferry and, although on the opposite side of Split, even this is an easy walk of around 20mins

Comfortable room which is hardly 5 minutes walk from all major attractions and 12 mins walk from the main bus station. Good value. Will certainly recommend for a short city stay. Good communication with the host prior to check in

Great location for city centre, easy to find. Spotlessly clean, nice little offstreet patio. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Go to banccomat on your way for payment in locat currency

A lot of attention to detail in this apartment. I believe we were in suite No. 1. We had a washing machine! (did not use), fully functioning kitchen if we felt like cooking, with coffee and tea provided. Adapters were offered for charging, place had small table for eating, large wardrobe and of course the fridge. Lots of towels, beautiful art, even an English book to read if we were in the mood. Excellent location, literally 10 minutes easy walk to castle and old city. She kept our luggage after check-out for the day and was very helpful and friendly suggesting places for swimming.

Difficult to find and no1 apartment is noisy with passing traffic and pedestrians

Très bon accueil (et de supers beignets maison déposés dans la chambre et que j'ai pu déguster à un retour de balade). La chambre est grande et agréable. Le coin cuisine est tout petit, vraiment pour un dépannage ou pour stocker un peu de nourriture. La salle de bain est propre, on note quand même une certaine humidité qui oblige à garder la fenêtre ouverte (elle est sécurisée donc pas un souci en soi). Le point qui m'a un peu gêné est là très mauvaise isolation sonore et lumineuse. On entend très bien la rue et les voisins, et la chambre reste illuminée la nuit par la lumière du dehors. Prévoir des protections auditives et un masque pour les yeux. À part ça, super séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé. À deux pas de la riva et du centre. Au top.

Super sauber, Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle; Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke, super Kontakt zum Vermieter Großes Zimmer u Badezimmer, würden wir jeder Zeit wieder mieten...

This was not at all what I expected, it was in a rather run-down section of town and the Apartments on the condition of disrepair.

Enpä olisi oskonut tämän tason majoitusta tuolla hinnalla. Erittäi sydämmellinen vastaan otto. Erittäin siistit ja tomivat tilat ilmastointineen. En osaa muuta sanoa kuin että suosittelen lämpimästi. Tätä hehkutusta voisi jatkaa loputtomiin, mutta eiköhän tästä selvinnyt että kohde onluokassaan 5 tähden arvoinen.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night in Split and this was perfect. It was in a great location and is a very good room for the price. I would recommend to anybody.

Only spent a short stay here as a bit of a stop over but staff were friendly and hotel was in great location. Would recomend.

Everything worked very well. The owner is kind and helpful! I have absolutely nothing to complain about! I would definitly recomend Stipan Apartmant to others!

Sehr schönes Apartment, sauber, mit TV, Wifi, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kochherd, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, WC/Dusche. Ideal gelegen, nahe von Altstadt und Hafen, auch der Marjan-Park ist schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment ist etwas ringhörig, ist aber nicht weiter störend, da es in einem ruhigen Quartier liegt. Sehr nette, herzliche Vermieterin, hat sich um mich gesorgt, als ich alleine wandern war und mir Gebäck vorbeigebracht. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben!

Jolie chambre, avec petite cuisine attenante. Extrêmement bien situé. A 5 min à pieds du bord de mer et du palais de Docletien, à 10 minutes du port de ferry. Il y a absolument tout ce qui est nécessaire (produit de douche, machine à laver et lessive, etc.). La chambre était très propre, le lit agréable. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre n'est pas bien insonorisée par rapport à l'extérieur, et qu'on entend pas mal les gens dans la rue. Mais cela reste très supportable puisqu'il s'agit d'une minuscule rue où seuls les piétons et une ou deux motos par nuit passent. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir. Je conseille vraiment cette chambre !
