夜外がうるさい 安い部屋を取ったからか設備が古く、壁が薄い

After booking the hotel, I emailed them many times before my stay, but I never got a reply. I couldn't get in touch with the hotel staff, so it was difficult to check in. There was a risk of having to sleep outside. With help from someone at a nearby shop, I was able to get into my room. The card key doesn't work once you leave the hotel. The location is good, but it doesn't provide the bare minimum for a place to stay, so I think it's a problematic hotel.

Un hotel en donde no te puedes comer ni un bocadillo en tu habitación ? El personal de limpieza esta en la puerta esperando que salgas aun cuando te vas al dia siguiente … La localización es lo único que salva la experiencia .

Ar-condicionado não funcionava e o quarto muito pequeno, a parte do banheiro onde se toma banho o box tinha 50 cm por 50 cm

Quarto ok, mas a Wi-Fi não pegava dentro do quarto e com péssimo sinal de telefone. Como foi somente uma noite foi ok, diferente da primeira estadia que foi ótima

A 10 pasos de plaza Mayor, céntrico y cómodo, registro en máquina, habitación funcional y limpia. Ruido de la calle. No hay secador de pelo.

Nice private clean room

La habitación es muy simple y sería decente si no tuviera moho tanto en el baño como en la habitación. La pintara se caía del techo.

Mold on the roof. Paint smell im the room. A window to the corridor, where the lights kept blinking all the night. Checkout was at 12.00, arrived a 11.30 and the cleaning woman was on our room saying that the checkout was at 11.00 Worst experience ever

Rummet har väldigt dåligt skick. Trasiga väggar, trasiga elkontakter och det stinker mycket från toaletten.

Despite the fact that there is no front desk or reception are this is the best and our favourite place to stay in Madrid.
