夜外がうるさい 安い部屋を取ったからか設備が古く、壁が薄い

After booking the hotel, I emailed them many times before my stay, but I never got a reply. I couldn't get in touch with the hotel staff, so it was difficult to check in. There was a risk of having to sleep outside. With help from someone at a nearby shop, I was able to get into my room. The card key doesn't work once you leave the hotel. The location is good, but it doesn't provide the bare minimum for a place to stay, so I think it's a problematic hotel.

Das Zimmer war eher eine Gefängniszelle - kalt und nur ein Bettlaken plus dünnem Cover als „Bettdecke“. Die 24 Stunden Rezeption war ein Automat der erst mit allen meinen Daten gefüttert werden musste. Allerdings konnte ich einen Herrn erreichen, der versuchte mir all das zu erklären. Das Hotel war mitten in der Nacht sehr schwer zu finden - selbst die Polizei war nicht sicher wo genau es sich befand.

A/C Breakers Off.. I had to call service to support.. quick response and issue resolved in few minutes. Little more info or clear instructions to follow on confirmation message would help much. No labels on elevator, or signs to go to 3rd floor hotel reception. Had to call in to phone noted in entry door to get directions! After that.. key and room acces.. Ok. Room very clean, bed comfy and hot water in shower..! The basics all included.

Lo único bueno de el hospedaje es la ubicación, de ahí en más no lo recomiendo, instalaciones viejas, paredes sucias, cama incómoda

The auto checkin was hard cause they didnt actually give us the reservation code. But we had to turn on our sim card to be able to call the number and they gave us the code. Wayyyy too expensive for what it was, but we were desperate after our vrbo cancelled on us. Another weird thing was theres just one long pillow on the bed, not very comfortable. But the ac was good, water pressure in the shower was good, and the terrace was kinda nice. Low rating for overpriced accomodation.

Ita right next to plaza mayor right in the middle of Madrid you can walk anywhere... But if you hace any issues the staff Is non-existing

This property Is very very well located, but the check-in process Is automated, the staff Is never there, nobody answers the phone, the key card stops working very day and they charged me again for my reservation at check-in... Beware... I saw a korean couple stranded with no place to sleep at 2 AM.... I've still to recieve my refund... Only for the most adventurous turists... If you like no frills experiences THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU

Needs some maintance (shower broken) and cleaness in the shower, (hair)

Fue muy difícil realizar el check in. Aunque el precio - beneficio es bueno y excelente ubicación.

Das Hotel ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, die Handtücher waren schmutzig, im Bad gab es kein Shampoo und der Spender war leer. Der Eingangsbereich hat stark nach Abwasser gerochen – insgesamt sehr unangenehm.

The hotel staff did not empty the water jug for the air con before we checked in to our room, so the air con kept dripping water onto the bed. The check in process was also quite chaotic. We struggled to check in so we let the guests next in the queue to go first, but they also couldn't check in. Check-in was like a puzzle game all the guests trying to solve together.
