Nhân viên rất thân thiện, phòng khá rộng và trên tầng 4 có cả máy giặt và máy sấy (trả 70bath) Phòng vệ sinh bị hôi mùi cống rất khó chịu, điều hòa kêu to cả cục lạnh đặt trong phòng và cục nóng sát bên ngoài tường phòng ngủ, cửa chính có chốt nhưng không cài vào được, trần siêu thấp với tay có thể chạm đến trần (mình cao 1.65m). Tuy giới thiệu là cách ga BTS Nana và Asok tầm 600m nhưng thực tế chắc phải đi hết 1.2-1.5km mặc dù khách sạn có shuttle bus nhưng chỉ hoạt động từ 9h-17h. Buổi tối lối đi vào khách sạn rất tối và vắng người nên cảm giác không được an toàn.
