総合評価とレビュー Hotel Black Tulip - Porto Gaia

ビジネスで3泊した。このホテルは地下鉄のDom João IIという駅から歩いて3分程度の位置にある。ポルト空港からのアクセスは、Trindadeという駅での乗り換えが必要だが、約１時間弱でたどり着けた。ホテルから空港も同様の経路であろう。片道2.55Euro（カード代金0.6含む。）である。ホテルから旧市街へのアクセスは、歩いて30-40分程度である。地下鉄ならばDom João IIから５分くらいであろうか。有名なルイーズ橋は歩いて渡れるので、元気のある人ならば歩いてもちょうどいい距離だろう。なお、ホテルから旧市街（ルイーズ橋）方面は緩やかな下り坂なので、帰りは逆になるので、歩くのはつらいので地下鉄をつかうだろう。ホテルのすぐそばにスーパーマーケットがある。水、お菓子、簡単なお土産（ポルトワインを含む）はすぐ手に入るので、買い出しにも困らない。10Fにはレストランがある。毎日の朝食はそこで提供され、ハム、チーズ、パン、ジュース、コーヒー、ソーセージ、卵など選択肢もおおく、３日程度の滞在ならあきることはないだろう。晴れた日であれば、海も眺望できる。またよるは10:30pmくらいまでオープンしており、価格も高くない。味もよいので、下手に外に出て探すよりはこのレストランで十分であろう。部屋は広い。無線LANもつながりにくいということはなかった。この価格であれば十分すぎるといっていい。ホテルの受付係りはとても親切だった印象が残っている。旧市街を中心に観光されたい方にもお勧めできるコスパの良いホテルだ。シャワーの湯量、温度にも問題ない。家族連れもおすすめできる良いホテルだ。難をあげるとすればエレベータが小さく、朝のラッシュ時にはなかなか乗れないということが起こる。

ドン・ルイス1世橋，歴史地区に道一本で徒歩圏（といっても，25分ぐらい．トラムを使えばすぐ）で，きれいなホテルです．部屋もゆったりとしており，ベッド，エアコン，バス，トイレ，すべて十分な広さと清潔さです．また，朝食もなかなかのものです．ビュッフェスタイルで，ハム，チーズ，ベイクドトマト，豆の煮たもの，ドリンク色々など十分な種類です．また，空港からはタクシーで20分（34ユーロぐらい)，乗りませんでしたがトラムの駅も近いです． 唯一，残念だったのが，フリーWiFiで，多分低層階は問題ないのかも（フロント前は電波強かったので）知れませんが，今回泊まった9Fでは切れまくりでかなりストレスでした．WiFiをまともに使いたい場合は，低層階を希望するか，SIMカードで対応した方がいいでしょう． 総合的には，値段も安めで，いいホテルだと思います．おすすめです．

This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel. Although admittedly I was at the back of the hotel which would be quiter in any case. The staff were welcoming, professional and extremely helpful with check-in and check-out being effortless. I had an issue with the room safe on arrival (my own fault) and a staff member was dispatched immediately to sort it out for me. My diet has to be gluten and dairy free and the hotel insured that there was gluten free bread for breakfast each morning. I dined in the restaurant on the first night and one of the waiting staff went to great lengths to advise me of what I could and could not eat from the buffet selection and failing there being sufficient choice for me there was always the a la carte menu. The standout feature for me however, is the location of this hotel. It's one minute walk from a metro stop and several bus stops - with connections to trains and the city centre itself only a couple of metro stops away. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again; should I ever go back to Porto.

Quarto muito confortável, e limpeza excelente. Contudo, staff despreocupado, em nada focado em garantir que o cliente se sinta bem recebido. No check in, faltava um documento de identificação e disseram, na receção, que teria obrigatoriamente de o mostrar na próxima oportunidade. Ao mostrar o documento posteriormente, outro funcionário disse que não valia a pena, que não devia ter me incomodado e nao tirou os dados. No dia seguinte, ao ser pedido um ferro de engomar, responderam com zero simpatia e contrariados ofereceram o ferro implicando um limite de utilização e dizendo, de forma autoritária, que teria de o entregar imediatamente no mesmo sítio onde o fui buscar. No check out verificou se a mesma indiferença, ao entregar o cartão, recebi a despedida de 'é tudo, pode ir'. Pequeno almoço é só médio, muita opção mas a qualidade deixa a desejar. Ótima opção para estadias curtas, mas só se a tarifa estiver muito reduzida.

O hotel necessita manutenção / modernização em vários aspectos: pinturas gastas, móveis muito usados, travesseiros desconfortáveis, banheiro antigo, cofre do quarto não funcionou, etc.. Além disso, o pior é que houve uma falha gravíssima no sistema de controle / designação de quarto. Depois de já estarmos instalados em nosso quarto, foi gerada nova chave eletrônica do mesmo quarto para outro hóspede. Ele chegou a entrar no nosso quarto sem saber que estávamos lá.

The hotel was spotless. The staff bent over backwards to assist. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The servers that put the buffet out were wearing masks. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. The hotel is in an excellent position a minutes walk to train D. Joao II. The stop is also easy access by public transport to the main Sao Bento Station.

Business trip. Near to site & easy access to tourist sites by Metro

Atención al cliente pésimo , pocas ganas de ayudar …. Restaurante / comida / cena , pésimo y caro … Tv en la habitación tamaño muy pequeño… Durante las 3 noches que estuve alojado no repusieron el jabón líquido del baño. No es no hote 4 estrellas , justo llega a las 3.., No vuelvo nunca mas

Great property. 1 star for cleanliness, 1 star for location, 1 star for customer service. Air conditioner was not working.

O atendimento muito bom, o café da manhã muito gostoso, a ducha deliciosas, principalmente depois de uma Peregrinação. Cama confortável e ótima localização, pois o metrô praticamente na porta do hotel e facilidade com táxi. Um comércio ativo próximo, com lojas, farmácia, supermercado e outras necessidades.

Atendimento ótimo, estacionamento grátis mais com poucas vagas. Ar condicionado não ficava muito frio, quarto limpo e casa de banho limpa. Localização em frente ao metrô.

Hotel precisa melhorar a estrutura. Equipe é que faz a diferença.

Excellent stay. Hotel staff are super kind and attentive. Room was lovely and very clean. This hotel is very well located for us and there are many eating establishments of all types very near. We stay here often and are never disapointed. Thank you.
