荷物を事前に置かせて欲しいことや、移動日のタイトなスケジュールを伝えておいたところ、当日のスタッフの方がきちんと把握したうえで協力して下さり大変助かりました。連絡もマメに取ることが出来て安心しました。

綺麗なホテルです。 子供用の簡易ベッドを用意していただき助かりました。 フロントの対応も良くマチュピチュへ行く間、荷物を預かっていただきました。

マチュピチュから帰ってきて宿泊。 前回とは違う部屋で、お湯がほぼでなかったがそれ以外は全く問題なし。

街の中心部に近く、部屋も広くて清潔。受付も気持ち良くタクシーを呼んでくれた。 ただ、お風呂のお湯がたまに冷たいけど、許容範囲

ロケーションが良く周りにレストランも多く困ることがない。ホテルも清潔で湯量も十分で更にバスタブがあり寛げる。

クスコ観光の中心であるアルマス広場から、私の足で徒歩６分ほどの場所にあるホテルです。観光には便利な立地にあると思います。また周辺には商店やレストラン・食堂も多く、生活にも便利です。室内は綺麗で、設備もシンプルながら管理が行き届いており、滞在中に不便・不快な思いをする事はありませんでした。無料の空港送迎や、ロビーでのお茶のサービス、眺めのいい最上階での朝食などもありがたく、この価格帯のホテルとしてはお勧めできると思います。

街の中心部近くにあって、静かで快適な宿です。部屋のインテリアはコロニアルなカントリースタイルで、お風呂場にはインカの石組みを模した壁で装飾されています。 最上階で食べるフルーツタップリの朝食もとても美味しくて、この値段では絶対にお得だと思います。

The room they put me in has faulty lighting, a faulty bathroom fan, shredded towels, horrible bathtub/shower and a light streaks through my door every time someone walks down the hall. This is NOT a $90 hotel.

Colonial y conservadora de su cultura

The hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and sites. Clean and good breakfast buffet. The staff was great with helpful suggestions on things to do and was always available to answer questions and fulfill needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Picked the hotel as a hopefully good place to relax after returning from a mountain trek. Contrary to the information listed on Expedia this hotel does not have a functioning restaurant or bar. Although the guide in the room has 6 pages of food and drinks, in fact, they only offer three simple chicken dishes and none seemed be available when I arrived at 8 o’clock, despite the restaurant allegedly being open until 10. I had hoped to take advantage of the free airport shuttle, but that only works for a pick up service, not for a shuttle to the airport. On the positive side, staff is pretty nice and the breakfast was fine. Also, the hot water in the shower is good.

Great hotel, super helpful and friendly staff, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the square and market. Recommend staying here!

Amazing staff. They go out of their way to help you and to make sure looked after. Amazing. Rooms are good, nothing fancy. In a nice, safe, walkable area which is quiet. Great value for money. The staff make this hotel the reason to come back.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã excelente, porém o quarto que ficamos era muito abafado, com pouca circulação de ar e deixando o ambiente úmido.

Personal muy atento y amable. Desayuno rico y con variedad aceptable. Habitaciones cómodas, limpieza buena. Un poco viejas las instalaciones, pero cómodas.
