帰国の為にサラエボで空港近くを探しました。 空港まで車で10分～15分程度でしょうか、何もない(食事する所など)のは分かっていましたが、最悪なのが部屋のトイレ。流す所のボタン？が剥き出しで一回流したら水が止まらなくなりました。レセプションの女性に伝えた所、男性を行かせますと言ったきり、30分位部屋で待機していましたが誰も来ませんでした。再度レセプションへ。その女性は既にいなくて代わりにいた男性に言うと、伝えていなかったのでしょうね、聞いていないような反応でした。 その男性にトイレを見て貰い鍵を預けて食事へ、戻ると直ってはいないが使えるとの事(水漏れもしていない)どうやら用を足してもずっと水が流れ続けているのでそのまま自然に流れていくと言いたかったのか。結局、用を足しても放置しました。いくら海外で日本とは違うと言えどもこの対応はどうなのか、呆れました。こちらはお金を出して宿泊しているので事前に最低限の設備点検はしていないのかと憤りを感じます。私以前に宿泊した人はどうしていたのでしょうかね？その時から同じだったのでしょうか？他の部屋はどうか分かりませんが、選ぶべきではないです。お金の無駄です。

街の中心まで徒歩15分圏内だと思い予約したのですが。実際は街の中心から空港方面に10キロ弱離れたところに立地していて、街の中心よりも空港の方が断然近く大誤算でした。 街の中心からメータータクシーで15KM（＝７ユーロ）。３番トラムで２０分位か。

The rooms we stayed in have bad smells the floor is wet cause the water comes out of the ac which cause bad smell and the carpet is wet all the time That make the rooms smell real bad We try to change the rooms the other rooms have no hose to clean after you use the toilet Entrance of the hotel have urges never been cleaned

Vi ankom sent og der var heldigvis døgnåbent reception og de var venlige. Vi kunne parkere lige foran og det var gratis. Morgenmad var også inkluderet men ikke lige det bedste morgenmad. Da vi kom op på værelset, viste det sig at være en hel lejlighed med 2 soveværelser, stor stue og en dejlig rummelig badeværelse.

Perfect place to stay

Nice staff. Hotel was really outdated though and rooms had seen better days. It was ok for 1 night. Breakfast was not impressive.

We basically got a two bedroom apartment for 4 people. It is an older property but very clean, with professional staff. Breakfast was generous and casual. Parking is free and easy. Very convenient for airport passengers, it took less than 10 minutes by car. Overall good experience. Great value for money. Thank you!

Stay away from this circus hotel. People smoke inside, they have a restaurant(pub) where people drink and make loud sounds/sing. Events included. Small insects in the bathroom. Half of the room was damaged(tiles, outlets). Also very inconviniently placed single outlets behind the bed. I had to drag away the bef to get to one of them, that was also damaged, so a fire hazard. Dogs barking outside the window every single night. Impossible to get a good night of sleep. The «fitness center» is a complete joke. Its basically a small, room with some old, damaged equipment. 1 functioning dumbell, with very few weights to add. Teenagers making noise, breaking glass bottles outside and harrasing me once I quietly opened the window. Sound insulation is terrible at the hotel. And at the very last day, there were a bunch of idiots running through the halls, knocking on doors and even trying to break in. This kept on going until 2 am. Like they literally tried to open my door 3x times without saying anything. -> how is this acceptable behaviour? If you have bad guests that break the rules, you give them a warning. If they still continue, you kick them out without a refund. The staff was ok, spoke English. Again - stay away!

Dusche im Bad zu klein Tür der Dusche konnte man nicht schließen das Wasser sprudelte raus somit waren die Fliesen am Boden nass ausrutschgefahr. Die Tür vom Bad war defekt abschließen konnte man nicht. Defekte Tür eingenagelt. Bett sehr hart. Küche im Zimmer überflüssig kein Wasserkocher oder Geschirr vorhanden geschweige denn Kaffee oder Tee. Frühstück ist ok. Heiße Grtänke aus Automaten in Plastikbecher. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sauber ist es auch. Keine Nutzung von Fitnessraum oder Billard vorhanden.

Lovely staff, very large spotless rooms, the hotel is set back from the road so it is quieter than others and an excellent breakfast where the head waiter took the time to toast our bread.

Booked a single for one night before an early flight, got a Huge family room with sitting room and kitchen ... a little bit dated, but excellent value for money! What a splendid surprise!

Great hotel, very close to the airport, breakfast is great, maybe some more table and chairs in the main hall for business workers?
