สะดวกสบาย มีรถรับส่งจากสถานีมาถึงที่พัก พนักงานบริการดีมากให้คำแนะนำดี รอบๆที่พักบรรยากาศดี วิวสวย มีร้านอาหารและร้านสะดวกซื้อแต่ร้านจะปิดค่อนข้างเร็ว เงียบสงบดี สามารถเดินเล่นได้ทั่วๆบริเวณทะเลสาป เห็นวิวฟูจิชัดเจนจากห้องพัก มีออนเซ็นให้ใช้บริการฟรี ในห้องเป็นแบบญี่ปุ่นน่ารักมากๆ

Very bad attitude guy from the front office staff. I booked and pay for the 73 m square room without breakfast and dinner because I brought children and wanted big room. But instead the lady receptionist claim that I booked for 26 m square room with breakfast dan dinner. We stayed for 2 nights and this hotel do note provide me a shuttle bus to the Kawaguchiko Station when check out at 10.15 am. Where as the check out time is at 10 am. This hotel ask me to pay for taxi. I have been all around the world. With this kind of price hotel and this is the worse hotel I have ever been. I already said that I booked the big room and give my bookings from my phone. They answered me that you only 2 + 1 child. Big room for 6 adults. This is why I pay more because I want big room. Really ruin my holiday.

Nice rooms with mt Fuji View. Onsen/Hotbath just nice with out door pool. The food of restaurant was good (Dinner + Breakfast) No Complaint! 👍🏻.
