総合評価とレビュー Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan

スタッフはフレンドリーです。距離はありますが、駅までは30分ごとにMRTが出ています。だからどこへ行っても問題ありません。

スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。清掃スタッフも親切でした。アメニティは完備していますが、シャワーキャップが欠けています。

The room and its facilities were okay, quiet at nights too but not with the front desk lady with glasses and short hair (I didn't know her name), she was so definitely not friendly from check-in, request something, until I checked-out, there was no greeting at all, no thankyou no sorry and she looks like has no passion to work there, 🤦 ‍ ♀🙄😩 and the check-out process was so inappropriate way, she was sleep at the front desk when I requested to check-out! When I woke her up, she just said to put down the room keys and leave it that ' s all. 😠.

The room exactly like in the picture, clean and comfy. Thank you!

Thai is very great hotel near Kwai hing station with on time shuttle bus. Great breakfast every morning. But every morning have same breakfast if change something for breakfast menu would be perfect. Sure would be back again.
