Vista do quarto para o mar magnífica. Quarto com camas confortáveis e banheiro limpo, sacada do quarto grande com um pequeno varal. Wi-Fi funciona bem. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos. Buffet do café da manha excelente. Área da piscina grande e muito agradável. Localização excelente a beira mar e perto da rua principal de compras e restaurantes.

It is a wonderful hotell and Staff. We loved the hotell, pools, breakfast and dinner. If we could wish for something it is the temperature in the dining/breakfast room. A toppclass hotel!

Location is unbeatable, the beach view from the room is beautiful. The amenities are great, lots of goodies in the room, and the food in the hotel’s restaurants was pretty good. The only thing I think can be improved are the pillows to sleep, they felt too thick which caused cervical pain to us every morning. The staff is great, especially the kids club staff members.

We were in a room near the top of the hotel and had a fantastic view of the beach and Calp rock. The room was very clean though. The bed was large and comfortable but maybe too big for such a small room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. Staff very polite and helpful. Beware, the Underground parking is very expensive.

Lovely hotel, especially good for young families. I have stayed here previously, at the same time last year and chose this hotel again because I enjoyed my stay so much, in a double sea view room with kitchen area and balcony with sun loungers and dining furniture. I am a pensioner with health problems and these facilities made my stay very enjoyable and restful. However, when I arrived at the hotel this year I was shown to a much smaller type of room than I was expecting and even though it had a sea view it had non of the facilities which made last years stay so enjoyable. I was very disappointed and complained to reception staff that I wasn't happy with my room only to be told that I would have to pay over £300 extra for the type of room I had last year. They explained that it was because I had booked my stay through 'Hotels.com' rather than directly with the hotel. This was confusing as the room description and photographs on 'Hotels.com' had led me to believe I was booking a better room than I actually was. I tried to change my half board status to bed and breakfast to make it more affordable but I was told that Expedia (Hotels.com) would not allow this and I had to pay the full price. My holiday ended up costing considerably more than I originally thought. So my advice is to check thoroughly what you are getting for your money before you book as it can be misleading when booking through online agents such as Expedia. I will book directly through the hotel in future.

Wow couldn’t fault this hotel (apart from a windy pool as elevated but says a lot that even this couldn’t put me off returning!) Nothing was too much trouble. Staff a dream to deal with. Room was ready on arrival with gorgeous finishing touches like pillow spray, robes, slippers, welcome chocolates, water replaced everyday. Late check out organised with zero issues - so refreshing! Superb location minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach which is a great alternative to the pool. Outstanding room views. Breakfast was out of this world - so much choice. Would 100% recommend!

Hôtel excellent, beaucoup d’attention, la chambre avec cuisinette impeccable la vue incroyable … nous avons été au spa, très bons soins. Le buffet très bon et varié, nous avons passé 10 nuits.
