I stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight from Brussels International Airport. About a 15-minute walk from the nearest station, Diegem. The room was sufficiently clean and quiet. The next morning, I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Very nice except there is no fridge in the guest rooms. Only shower was not my favorite part, either. However, there is sauna which is very clean and comfy and the staff were nice and helpful!

Overall, a very nice, modern hotel. The only thing I found inconvenient was they do not have a refrigerator in guest rooms and they had only a shower. Instead, though, I enjoyed their nice and clean sauna. It is located near the airport, so I took the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, but going to the hotel, there were not very many busses on the schedule so I ended up taking Uber from the airport, costing approximately 20 Euros. The staff were nice and helpful. I wish they had a fridge in the guest rooms so we don’t have to ask them for keeping our stuff in their refrigerator.

きれいだけど、周辺にレストランがない。しかもホテルのレストランのメニューが少ない。

ホテル自体はキレイなホテルで空港にも近く便利でした。 バスルームと寝室の仕切りがガラスの為、音がもれるのが気になります。1人で宿泊するには、全く問題ありませんが。それ以外はお部屋は快適に過ごせ、設備も充実してるように感じました。

朝食が充実してました。空港からのシャトルバスも定期運航なので、ホテルに電話をする必要もなく便利でした。ロケーションもこのエリアに用務がある場合は良いと思います。駅には徒歩10分強、ホテルの目の前から北駅までバスが利用できます。バスタブはありませんが、サウナがあります。サウナにゴミ箱があると良かったです。チェックアウト時、領収書に住所の記載をお願いしましたが、申し出たのが遅いということで対応いただけませんでした。予約時に言っておけば良かったです。

赤外線サウナがよかった。

トイレとベッドが近いところが、嫌で、スーペリアを選んだのに、近い部屋で、伝えたら変えてもらえた。 スーペリアでも、そんな部屋があるので、写真に騙されないように。 ドライヤーは、うるさいばかりで、全く乾かない。

最寄り駅からは徒歩10分くらいの場所で周囲には別ホテルくらいしかないところです。ホテル内、部屋もとても静かでリラックスできます。部屋は清潔でしたが、歯ブラシなど日本のビジネスホテルのようなアメニティグッズはほとんどありません。ボディーソープとシャンプー＆リンスがオールインワンの液体せっけんのみしかありませんでした。朝食はサラダが少なかったですがコーヒー＆トーストに卵やヨーグルト程度でOKの方であれば問題ありません。

Great and close to airport

Staff very nice till checking out. Needed shuttle info and receptionist busy on phone wouldn’t let me ask. Room a bit like a hospital room.

Clean room , early check inn and late out. Good breakfast. Good service. As expected. 👍👍

VIP member at hotels.com, but reception staff refused room opgrade since only for Radisson members. Hotels.com called hotel and they now claimed hotel fully booked, interesting since rooms still available at their own official webpage. Finally they accepted to offer upgrade. Breakfast area not really clear and chef at the buffet lacking knowledge on Food hygiejne when using gloves- just touches everything with the gloves. Airport shuttle running morning and evening only.

Close to Airport, room is spacious hallways too dark. Staff are very accommodating. Nothing else to say but Perfect stay.
