去年の宿泊時は三つ星の料金で四つ星の内容だったが、今回は逆で四つ星料金で三つ星の内容だった。

Staff are kind, location is convenient. Faucet was out of order. I could not switch to shower.

スタッフの教育が行き届いていて、とても親切で気持ちの良いサービスをして頂きました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

最終日の朝は早い時間に空港へ行く必要があったので、事前にタクシーを予約しようとチェックイン時に確認した。 フロントの担当者は、予約はもちろん出来るしもう一つの選択肢としては予定時刻の10分間前にフロントに電話をくれれば指定時間にタクシーは必ず来る、かつこちらの方がコストが安い。どちらでも承ります、とのこと。 当たり前かもしれないが迅速で親愛ある受け答えで好感が持てた。 またリスボンに来ることがあれば再訪したい。

Quarto muito confortável e limpo, equipe de funcionários prestativa e atenciosa. O hotel e muito bom e bem localizado, próximo ao metrô da Marques de Pombal.

The hotel y near to the turístico bus stop and the place is excellent. If I will be back I will stay there once more time

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo ao metrô, banco, mercado e restaurantes. Fácil acesso. Staff cordial e solicito. Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável.

Ótimo hotel em todos os quesitos.

Wir waren in letzten Jahre ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel/ Personal und Buffet hat ziemlich nachgelassen, sodass wir am letzen Tag nicht einmal frische Handtücher im Zimmer hatten. Am Vorletzen Tag wollten wir ein bisschen länger ausschlafen und hatten um 10.30 Uhr fast nichts mehr am Frühstücksbuffet, obwohl es man bis um 10.30 Uhr noch frühstücken kann. Der Service in allen Bellangen hat ziemlich nachgelassen. Wir haben bereits ein anderes Hotel vor Ort angeschaut und werden das Turim Marques nach so vielen Jahren nicht mehr besuchen. Sehr schade.

Alles gut, nur das Licht im Zimmer nicht genügend. Ganze Zimmer sehr sehr dunkel, lesen im Bett nicht möglich .

We were surprised at check-in, that there was no cart available for our luggage. They also did not have a person to assist. The carpet in the room had many stains. There was no directory in the room as to how to use the tv or call for room service, etc.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom spotless and roomy. Check-in was seamless.

The location is very central and the front desk team friendly and helpful. We did not purchase breakfast ahead of time and soon discovered that three coffee were $21 Canadian. That was ridiculous. There was coffee in the room and we tried it but unless you like mud, it was quite disgusting. You cannot purchase the pricey beverage until 7 in the morning. Little strange for a major hotel. Overall, wonderful staff but the coffee was a deal breaker.

Great location and nice building, friendly staff and general look and few of hotel is high quality. However, the breakfast was really disappointing for the money and quality of hotel - very small selection, poor coffee, not high quality

Um hotel excelente! Quarto novo. Cama muito confortável. Ótima localização. Maravilhoso
