very nice place, near to city centre and from the airport. the room was very nice and clean, with a big bath tub so i could relax from my long flight. the breakfast was awesome, i'll definitely come back again !

Spotlessly clean, lovely large room. Very quiet, weren’t aware of other guests at all. In house restaurant excellent value for money with 3 course menu del dia for €19 per head.

Un bonito hotel historico, cerca de todo habitaciones grandes, zona de piscina preciosa, personal muy agradable y profesional. Por poner una pega, ibamos con PC y el menu que te ofrecen es el mismo para la comida y la cena. Pedi cambiar algun primero por otra opcion y no tenian. Pero los segundos platos, muy ricos. Muy recomendable

La atención del personal es maravillosa muy preocupado y atentos porque pasáramos unas vacaciones agradables el desayuno fabuloso muy variado.la habitación siempre limpia y en general todo espero volver

Amazing entrance foyer with friendly reception staff. Rooms are large and quiet. Everything in San Cristóbal is within walking distance of hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful and lovely service! Air conditioning not great (can’t control your room temperature), pool freezing and hit tub didn’t work. Otherwise, great breakfast, very clean, great walkable area, excellent service

Nice Stuff, beautiful Hotel and good prices night and Cafeteria

Très bel hôtel avec un charme fou grâce à la partie « ancienne » décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soins. Piscine et jacuzzi sur le toit terrasse très agréable. Possibilité de demi-pension très pratique après une journée de visites. Problème avec la chambre qui a pu être réglé grâce a l’aimable intervention du manager.

Struttura davvero molto bella e curata, specialmente negli spazi comuni (lounge, ristoranti,bar,...). Il personale è gentile e, per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza, molto disponibile. Le camere "base" sono un po' grezze e andrebbero rimodernate, però sono molto spaziose. Ho solo due commenti negativi da fare Non ci sono in camera né un bollitore, ne una macchina per il caffè. Soltanto mezzo litro d'acqua una tantum del minibar (in una camera doppia di un 4 stelle almeno 2 bottigliette al giorno ci vanno). I servizi inclusi nel prezzo sono un po' trascurati, come la piscina che dispone di una decina di lettini e 5 ombrelloni (di cui uno guasto) e la terrazza, che dopo una festa di matrimonio al sabato è rimasta inagibile e sporca per tutto il giorno successivo. Comunque sia, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Las vistas desde la piscina un atardecer con nubes en la costa norte de Tenerife no hay que perdérsela. El patio de la recepción es un sitio perfecto para relajarse con una copa.
