全体的にとても良かったです。立地は町の中心地の目の前で、どこへ行くにも便利。Wi-Fiはソファラウンジでとても繋がりが良かったです。ベッドもかなり広くて良かったです。ドライヤーついてないホテルが多いですが、ここは付いてます。朝食はマチュピチュに行く人のために5:00〜始まっていて、ビュッフェスタイルで種類豊富。パンとホットチョコレートがとても美味しかったです。マチュピチュ村のホテルはどこもチェックアウトしてマチュピチュへ行くときに荷物を預かってくれます。また、帰ってきたときにチェックアウトしたゲスト用にシャワーも浴びれます。 スタッフも英語が流暢でとても親切で優しく、助かりました。

街の中心部には近いが、5階建てエレベーターも無く、外階段の為、非常に不便を感じた。また、ドア、窓の建付が悪く隙間が目視でき、虫が入ってくる。シャワーが2人分まで熱くならず悲しかった。朝食は野菜やチーズの皿に補充をお願いしても対応してくれず沢山のお客様が不満を感じたと思う。アルマス広場が夜まで賑わうので夜ゆっくり休みたい人には進めない。

Nice spot to stay before the big hike

Tolles Hotel mit viel Charme in super und ruhiger Lage! Nur wenige Minuten zur Bahn- und Busstation. Bequemes Bett, leckeres Frühstück und sogar mit kleinem Heizstrahler im Zimmer. Das Personal spricht Englisch. Leider kein Föhn im Zimmer.

Staff was super friendly and everything is an easy walk from the hotel. Excellent value, I would definitely recommend

Wonderful experience! Comfortable bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. No better place to stay in Aguas Calientes!

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, a little bit musty. Unfortunately the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and our key didn’t work. The staff was quick to replace the key card with a traditional metal key.

Room was great. Staff was sort of friendly. Hotel is convenient ro bus station and city market. Room was clean. No one showed me how to woek the air condtion or heat. So i froze at night. Could t figure out how to turn on. My view was the roof of a building. Bathroom had windows for people to ealk. Y and curtain did not do a job of maming it where you couldnt see in. Other than that i had a nice stay. Room was clean.

Excelente servicio. Me volvería a hospedar allá. Te dejan guardar las maletas y descansar en la sala de espera mientras que sale el tren.

Dårlig service, rommet luktet forferdelig, sengetrekk vær ikke rene i det heletatt, ikke noe særlig god frokost med fattig valg, eneste positiv med den er midt i sentrum ofnfor dette får 2 stjerner.

The location was great, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfest.

The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!

We stayed here due to an emergency. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a water leak and the staff were rude and not accommodating, even though we were very tired. At breakfast, there was no flexibility when we slightly exceeded the time limit, and the tone was unfriendly. Nice location, but we would not return.

Very friendly staff and great free breakfast. They even allowed us to store our luggage for several hours.
