全体的にとても良かったです。立地は町の中心地の目の前で、どこへ行くにも便利。Wi-Fiはソファラウンジでとても繋がりが良かったです。ベッドもかなり広くて良かったです。ドライヤーついてないホテルが多いですが、ここは付いてます。朝食はマチュピチュに行く人のために5:00〜始まっていて、ビュッフェスタイルで種類豊富。パンとホットチョコレートがとても美味しかったです。マチュピチュ村のホテルはどこもチェックアウトしてマチュピチュへ行くときに荷物を預かってくれます。また、帰ってきたときにチェックアウトしたゲスト用にシャワーも浴びれます。 スタッフも英語が流暢でとても親切で優しく、助かりました。

街の中心部には近いが、5階建てエレベーターも無く、外階段の為、非常に不便を感じた。また、ドア、窓の建付が悪く隙間が目視でき、虫が入ってくる。シャワーが2人分まで熱くならず悲しかった。朝食は野菜やチーズの皿に補充をお願いしても対応してくれず沢山のお客様が不満を感じたと思う。アルマス広場が夜まで賑わうので夜ゆっくり休みたい人には進めない。

It was very overpriced. No fridge in room. Staff could be more helpful.

Good location, they had breakfast for us at 5:00 so we could catch the 1st bus and they held our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu.

Super convenient location right in the middle of the action - 5 minute walk from train station and bus station up to Machu Picchu. Lovely staff with ready to order breakfast and helpful/easy luggage storage. Beds and rooms comfortable with hot showers, good value. Warning - Aguas Calientes has a Vegas meets South America vibe - overrun with tourists and shopping so don't expect relaxation or a lot of nature! Definitely worth it to spend the night and make the long day less hectic:)

After relocating from Naturalodge to Gringo`s Bills for 2 nights(bad quality room), i must say the room i was given when i booked it myself for the 3rd night was good.Breakfast okay, nothing special really, basic.

Great location, close to the city center square. It did have an elevator as well so that was a bonus for me as the elevation impacted me immensely. The rooms did not have heat but there was a space heater that warmed up the room really well. The bathroom was small and the shower did not drain well so that was a small issue. Breakfast was basic some fruits and cereal with a couple meat options but I didn’t eat much the entire trip with the Diamox altering my taste. Don’t leave any food or candy out as ants will swarm it. Good stay overall and would recommend it just be aware this is not a North American 5 or 4 star for that matter.

We liked Gringo Bill’s overall. Here were the pros: The room had a beautiful patio area and we felt like a we were in a treehouse; completely surrounded by glass windows and doors. The included free breakfast was delicious and the cooks very friendly and quick to serve the hot items we ordered. The location was very close to the center of town, only a few minutes to multiple restaurants, cultural dance performances, the train station, souvenir shopping, and municipal buildings if you need help with your tour, etc… Cons: The sheets/comforter smelled either musty or like urine, we couldn’t tell which. We closed most of the curtains as the view of the adjacent vacant building is not pretty; missing windows and haphazardly covered by a green tarp. The bathroom lacks privacy as its walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling. The room is located toward the back of the property, requiring even after using the elevator, climbing multiple sets of slippery rock steps. The lobby is missing a railing on the perimeter and if you aren’t paying attention, could fall 6-8 feet down some stone stairs. I informed the woman at the desk.

Entiendo que es demasiado csro, el desayuno espectacular. El hotel centrico el recepcionista todo boen rapido , casi ni nos hablo.

The sheets were not clean. We found lots of debris and even someone else’s dried contact lenses in the bed.

Great location for an overnight stay before an early trip to Machu Picchu. Short 200 ft to the shuttle bus and train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but basic. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It’s a wonderfully quirky layout. They do a great omelet for breakkie and the beds are large bed comfortable. Great, safe location. Wifi is pretty weak though…
