総合評価とレビュー ibis Styles Heraklion Central

・バスターミナルが昨年から場所が変わっており、ホテル検索時の表示地図からはかなり離れてしまっている（宿泊施設の問題ではないが）。 ・ホテル入り口がわかりづらくまた、フロントのスタッフが一人しかおらず、他の人のチェックインや滞在者からの電話応対が頻繁にあり、長時間待たされた（たまたま重なっただけであろうが）。 ・部屋のトイレットペーパー横にある汚れ物いれるビニール袋ホルダーに前宿泊者がやったと思われる汚れ物？（気持ち悪かったが、やむなく自分で処理）が詰め込まれていた事とベッドの掛け布団がなくカバーシーツのみだったので、フロントに行き（案の定２組待ち）、それらの事を話すと、汚物の件は「信じられない」の一言。ブランケットの件は、「クローゼット内にある」との事。勿論確認したが厚手の冬用の物はあったが、この時期薄手の毛布が当たり前だろう、このホテルでは、これが通常なのか？と聞いたが、他の客が並びだしたので配慮し、とにかくスタッフをよこす事になった。数分後別のスタッフが夏用毛布を持ってきて「ソーリー」との事（汚物は処理済の為、スタッフ未確認）。 ＊ハニアからバスでイラクリオン到着時点からいやな予感がし一事が万事最悪ホテルの印象。

無駄がなく清潔。スタッフ親切で感じが良い。

立地も良く、快適に過ごせました。 フロントの対応も良く、満足しています。 朝食がとても美味しくて、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました。

Fint rum, rymligt, bra med utrymme. Otroligt centralt

located in main downtown area, close to restaurants, shopping. museum and ports all of which are within walking distance. The staff are very attentive and kind.

Helpful staff, clean, reasonable price. We had a 5:30 am departure and they had breakfast waiting for us.

Fint hotel, i pæn stand. Stor p-kælder under, men smalle gader op til. Større supermarked lige ved indgangen og isbutik overfor. Der er også en lækker steak restaurant i bygningen. Morgenmaden var udemærket, med lidt af hvert og variation hver dag. Vi blev vækket 5 gange af brandalarm om nat og morgen… det var ikke tilfredstillende og hotellpersonalet gjorde ikke noget ud af det. De fik det slukket, men vidste ikke engang at alarmen gik. Ikke særlig trygt og svært at sove igen bagefter. Af den årsag kommer vi ikke igen.

Amazing! Great service by all peronnel

L’hôtel est bien situé proche des restaurants et cafés magasins…., Le personnel est gentil et professionnel. Bon Petit déjeuner. Néanmoins, Aucun surclassement proposé dans le cadre du VIP ACCESS.

Wonderful staff extremely accommodating very nice room easy parking

Allowed early check-in, breakfast was great, room is spacious, nice beddings and mattress.

Incredible views. Grocery store downstairs. Walking to bus stations and great dining options. Room service and breakfast were delicious.

A good location, the hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. For a new hotel it lacks a bit of quality the subdued lighting in corridors and stairs would make life difficult for a partially sighted person. Lack of a bathroom door and poor quality toiletries also let it down. Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel in Central Heraklion and look forward to returning.

great location

Mycket imponerande att vara ett Ibis hotell. Toppen. Parkering i P huset vid sidan om ,rabatt när man bor på Ibis hotell. Bra läge och mycket fin frukost.

The hotel is close to the action and the accommodations are lovely

It was an easy walk to the Ferry port, main tourist area and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern.
