同じ建物の1階にスーパーがあり、飲み物やお土産が非常に安い。

・バスターミナルが昨年から場所が変わっており、ホテル検索時の表示地図からはかなり離れてしまっている（宿泊施設の問題ではないが）。 ・ホテル入り口がわかりづらくまた、フロントのスタッフが一人しかおらず、他の人のチェックインや滞在者からの電話応対が頻繁にあり、長時間待たされた（たまたま重なっただけであろうが）。 ・部屋のトイレットペーパー横にある汚れ物いれるビニール袋ホルダーに前宿泊者がやったと思われる汚れ物？（気持ち悪かったが、やむなく自分で処理）が詰め込まれていた事とベッドの掛け布団がなくカバーシーツのみだったので、フロントに行き（案の定２組待ち）、それらの事を話すと、汚物の件は「信じられない」の一言。ブランケットの件は、「クローゼット内にある」との事。勿論確認したが厚手の冬用の物はあったが、この時期薄手の毛布が当たり前だろう、このホテルでは、これが通常なのか？と聞いたが、他の客が並びだしたので配慮し、とにかくスタッフをよこす事になった。数分後別のスタッフが夏用毛布を持ってきて「ソーリー」との事（汚物は処理済の為、スタッフ未確認）。 ＊ハニアからバスでイラクリオン到着時点からいやな予感がし一事が万事最悪ホテルの印象。

無駄がなく清潔。スタッフ親切で感じが良い。

立地も良く、快適に過ごせました。 フロントの対応も良く、満足しています。 朝食がとても美味しくて、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました。

Very conveniently placed for accessing downtown and the seaport for island ferries. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would recommend.

Place was great for over night stay to catch early morning ferry…just few blocks from port and all things to see.

The hotel was everything I had hoped for. Parking was handled quickly and efficiently, the room was spotless and the staff eager to help. Huge breakfast options, both American and continental. Would recommend this hotel highly.

Great locatiion, 2 mins walk to Lion Square, food everywhere. Quick stroll to sights and available valet parking.

A localização boa mas orientação para chegar ao estacionamento não foram precisas. A Emanuela da recepção muito simpatica e prestativa . Pessoal do restaurante tambem ,mas os outros funcionários que conversamos na recepção não pareceram tão simpaticos.O quarto era grande , com varanda muito boa ( vista linda pq pedimos quarto com vista . Vale a pena ). Pontos negativos: sem TV smart (o que é um absurdo), telefone não funcionava e não conseguiram consertar, chuveiro e local do vaso sanitário super escuros , sem iluminação . Café da manhã fraco. Opções de comida do restaurante deixam muito a desejar. Cortinas blackout em pessimo estado de conservação

I stayed just one night with my family. Room was clean and nice.

The property did not have a restroom door. Basic property did not have an iron or steamer. No one available to provide the towels. Location was good , but I would not stay there again.

The Ibis is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are a nice size and the bathroom is too. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of restaurants around.

Terrible don’t stay here. Beds are as hard as a rock it’s loud till 2 am from a near by night club and planes flyover head all night long. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to check out early. Coffee machine had to be moved to plug in. Shower is extremely dark. Floors had a lot of water damage. I would not stay here again.

Centrally located, clean large rooms, some with balconies. Easy access to Heraklion port, central parts. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, fresh.

L’emplacement est au top du centre-ville, l’hôtel et la chambre propre. Le petit déjeuné est correct. Le personnel est agréable et a l’écoute. Super séjour à recommander
