同じ建物の1階にスーパーがあり、飲み物やお土産が非常に安い。

・バスターミナルが昨年から場所が変わっており、ホテル検索時の表示地図からはかなり離れてしまっている（宿泊施設の問題ではないが）。 ・ホテル入り口がわかりづらくまた、フロントのスタッフが一人しかおらず、他の人のチェックインや滞在者からの電話応対が頻繁にあり、長時間待たされた（たまたま重なっただけであろうが）。 ・部屋のトイレットペーパー横にある汚れ物いれるビニール袋ホルダーに前宿泊者がやったと思われる汚れ物？（気持ち悪かったが、やむなく自分で処理）が詰め込まれていた事とベッドの掛け布団がなくカバーシーツのみだったので、フロントに行き（案の定２組待ち）、それらの事を話すと、汚物の件は「信じられない」の一言。ブランケットの件は、「クローゼット内にある」との事。勿論確認したが厚手の冬用の物はあったが、この時期薄手の毛布が当たり前だろう、このホテルでは、これが通常なのか？と聞いたが、他の客が並びだしたので配慮し、とにかくスタッフをよこす事になった。数分後別のスタッフが夏用毛布を持ってきて「ソーリー」との事（汚物は処理済の為、スタッフ未確認）。 ＊ハニアからバスでイラクリオン到着時点からいやな予感がし一事が万事最悪ホテルの印象。

無駄がなく清潔。スタッフ親切で感じが良い。

立地も良く、快適に過ごせました。 フロントの対応も良く、満足しています。 朝食がとても美味しくて、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました。

部屋は広く快適だった

Very excellent location walkable to city center, Rooms very tight, slippers but no robes. AC only goes down to 20C & hotel locks it at that. We had one room with 3 people and 3rd “bed” was a tiny cot with very uncomfortable mattress. Parking convenient below hotel 12Euro/night.

Great location, staff was polite and helpful. Would have been perfect except that escalator was out which required us to carry all our luggage up almost two flights from the street to the lobby. When we left the reception made arrangements for us to use a side ramp which was easier Breakfast was very good with great choices

Room was big enough for family of 4 however beds for the kids super uncomfortable and hard. Also bathroom is located in master bedroom where everyone has to use so you wake up from lights if you’re in master bedroom. There’s door to shower and toilet but no door to sink area where lights turn on and hit your face in the middle of the night if kids need bathroom. Unfortunately escalators were broken during our stay, otherwise ok hotel to stay at if you need to spend a night. There was also what they call sewer flies in the room mainly coming out of the shower.

Ok stay. Very warm rooms, AC didn’t seem to be very effective. When I called to ask about it they said it was working. Breakfast buffet was the nicest breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel though.

The location is good, the staff were a bit rude, first bad experience on Greece

Όμορφο, μεγάλο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Υπάρχει διαθέσιμο parking στο υπόγειο του ξενοδοχείου. Πολύ κεντρικό και βολικό σημείο.

Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for.

Very conveniently placed for accessing downtown and the seaport for island ferries. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would recommend.

Place was great for over night stay to catch early morning ferry…just few blocks from port and all things to see.

The hotel was everything I had hoped for. Parking was handled quickly and efficiently, the room was spotless and the staff eager to help. Huge breakfast options, both American and continental. Would recommend this hotel highly.
