Todo muy bien,aunque el buffet algo exacaso y platos repetitivos

La estancia ha estado genjal. El hotel muy correcto y bastante modernizado. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia, contaba con un recibidor con sofa y todo, y también teníamos un balconcito. El buffet variado y muy correcto. Como dos pegas solo diría que la piscina es bastante pequeña para toda la gente que algerga el hotel, y que debido el aire por la noche se escuchaba mucho el aire y parecía que algo filtraba por la puerta del balcón, ya que hacía ruidos algo molestos. Aún así, un hotel de 10, con buen ambiente alrededory facilidad para aparcar el coche. Si volvemos a la isla repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Struttura centrale, vicino alla spiaggia e a negozi e ristoranti e bar; personale cortese. Camera su due livelli con un eccessivo odore di muffa, bagno senza aspiratore; su Expedia erano indicati 3 letti da 1 piazza e mezzo, di cui uno era un divano letto; struttura che necessità di ristrutturazione; colazione abbondante e varia, ma migliorabile nella qualità dei prodotti.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était super bien. Les lits très confortables. Par contre les salles de bains étaient vraiment vétustes et l’hôtel assez bruyant.

Excellent séjour, surprise d'avoir une chambre vue mer, chambre moderne, propre et confortable. Personnel attentionné, petit déjeuner et buffet de la demi pension excellents. Merci.

Great place very friendly would go shain

Appartement 702 avec vue sur les conteneurs à poubelles, portes d'entrée qui s'ouvre en poussant à deux, repas tous juste convenables. Bonne localisation.

Eravamo già stati al Cactus Garden quando però era Lemon. Ora che è Fergus devonl ammettere che c'è stato qualche miglioramento. In particolare ho apprezzato che al ristorante venisse sempre rifornito il cibo (cosa che in precddenza scarseggiava). Un plauso allo chef italiano Lorenzo, tutte le volte che c'era lui il buffet presentava pietanze dal sapore equilibrato e buone oltre alla sua educazione e simpatia! Il personale di sala da incrementare specie con maggiore afflusso visto che negli ultimi giorni del soggiorno non trovavamo mai bicchieri o piatti o i tavoli restavano con stoviglie sporche ammucchiate. Alla reception siamo stati accolti da una connazionale educata, simpatica cle sorridente! La struttura è sempre al top come posizione (mare raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimo tempo). Stanza sempre pulita (grazie anche alla donna delle pulizie e Rosy), letti comodi e poi una vista meravigliosa del faro. Due jacuzzi riscaldate, di cui quella sul terrazzo però in area per nudisti. Nel soggiorno è compresa una ora di spa, simpatica e gentile la ragazza alla reception, anche se l'acqua della piscina era gelida. Ecco migliorerei questo aspetto. Facilità di parcheggio. Mia recensione è super positiva. Consigliato soggiornare qui

Last day o hot water

The Fergus Cactus Garden is in an ideal location, just slightly up the hill and away from the busy main road. The reception is beside a pool and seating area and close to the restaurant. The lifts are easy to use and move rapidly and the floors are nicely laid out being slightly staggered and some face sundeck areas with jacuzzis (not very warm). Floor nine also has a naturist sundeck. The internal of the hotel is basic in design and appearance but the rooms are spacious with adequate sized bathroom, sleeping area with tv that includes a few regular UK channels and a separate area containing a settee and table. Other features include balcony with furniture, fridge and free, easy to operate digital safe. My room on the seventh floor had a noticeable stench of drains throughout my stay, a fellow traveller staying one floor below and on the opposite side of the building did not have this issue. The breakfasts served were of average standard but the evening buffet was wonderful, and the price included limitless wines, beers and soft drinks.

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location and Friendly Staff While the hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and tried to help, the overall experience was disappointing due to several major issues that cannot be overlooked. Our first room had a horrendous smell, and we had to request a change. The second room was only marginally better. Shockingly, the receptionist admitted, "Yeah, I know, the rooms on that floor really stink," indicating that this is a known problem the hotel has chosen to ignore. Room cleanliness was also subpar—dust was visibly falling from the ventilation, a previous guest's razor cap was left on top of the soap dispenser, and the corners of the shower bed were filthy. The silicone work in the bathroom was so poorly done that it looked like a DIY gone wrong. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the food quality was poor. The coffee machines only produced instant coffee, which was a disappointment. On our first morning, we noticed broken glass on the floor, and when we informed the staff, they simply kicked it under another table! To make matters worse, the plates were dirty, and when we pointed this out, the staff silently took them away without offering replacements or an apology. After that experience, we opted to eat at a local coffee shop for the rest of our stay, even though we had already paid for breakfast at the hotel.

Check-in lento, personale alla reception poco disponibile e sgarbato, inspiegabile rigidità degli orari della colazione del ristorante solo nei confronti del cliente. Odore di fogna in camera e all' esterno nel terrazzo. Scarsa pulizia del ristorante e cibi di qualità e varietà scarsissima

Nice rooms but very cold due to large gaps around the door to room and air-conditioning unit not heating properly. Food was a big disappointment.

It’s a shame I was bedridden for most of my stay due to having a sickness bug ( contracted before arrived ) The hotel was clean and quite - staff where helpful- albeit I kept to my room - would definitely try again

Hotellet var lite slitnare än jag hade väntat mig med fyra stjärnor och barnpoolen var inte särskilt kul, dessutom iskall. Men personalen var jättetrevlig, otroligt vänlig och tillmötesgående och serviceminded!

Personnel, confort et services au top mais dommage que des cafards se promènent dans la chambre.
