スタッフがフレンドリーで、とても気配りが出来てホスピタリティに溢れている

騒音があるのというので窓なし部屋に帰られた 部屋に無料の耳栓が用意してあった

At the time of making reservation online, the price for two guests for one room is the same as for one guest, but in case of making reservation as one guest and adding one more person upon arrival, they require you to pay additional fee. And the required fee was 100,000 pesos despite the confirmation email required 50,000 pesos for adding one guest.

Room was not as advertised. I booked separate tub and shower and the shower was in a very difficult to enter tub room was also smaller than advertised.

El cuarto súper pequeño la limpieza horrible

Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer Vergnügungszone und ist schalltechnisch einfach gebaut, sodass Bässe der Musikanlagen und Bewegungen auf den Fluren, auf die auch das Fenster mit Milchflasscheibe in meinem Zimmer ging, gut zu hören sind. Durch die Scheibe wird auch jedes Anspringen des Lichts (Bewegungsmelder) ins Zimmer „übertragen“. Eine Dachterasse, wie angegeben, gibt es nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Die Lage ist zentral und git angebunden. Ein großes Polizeiaufgebot sorgt für sichere Heimwege. Es ist ein reines Frühstückshotel.

Todo limpio en un area muy centrica mucha gente al rededor música pero nada que no se pueda tolerar mejorar un poco el colchon un poco duro y la habitación es considerablemente pequeña desayuno muy bueno y el servicio muy amables todos posiblemente volvere.

Todo en general estuvo excelente. El personal fue muy amable. (Lo único el ‘matress’ estaba demasiado duro.)

Le personnels très accueillants et chaleureux. Malheureusement je n’est pas utilisé le bain à remous il avait l’air désuet et pas très propre. Mais en tout pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c’était correcte. Il faut être prêt à entendre de la musique toute la nuit on était vraiment au centre-ville de Poblado.

Always pleasant to stay here in the middle of the party. Staff is always good or no complaints.
