Great hotel with great service quality. The quality is much superior than sofitel sentosa. This hotel is really reflect the Accor brand.

A luxurious and comfort hotel, with a modern and boutique design. I really enjoyed my stay there - the Sofitel MyBed was so comfortable though the pillows were a little soft. The bathroom was really elegant with its marble finishes too.

The hotel was nice~ the staff were friendly and always provide the requests I asked. The location was convenient too.

My kids favorite hotel! Great location, clean room and good food! Most amazingly, Veronica noticed that we asked for hard pillow previously and took the initiative to get the housekeeper to send over! This is the only hotel that I don't have to call to ask for hard pillow!

Booked this hotel last minute. This was my choice as it included a large room, free breakfast and also some complimentary snacks as part of the package. Check-in was smooth but had to wait. Maybe it was a busy period. But we wanted to check-in ASAP to enjoy our stay. I came around 2:45pm but rooms were not ready till around 3:15pm. Room was very spacious and it included a nice bathtub which my son really enjoyed. Pool also had limited slots but we managed to enjoy it too on both days. It had a wadding pool which my 2-yr-old enjoyed very much. Main deep pool was not huge but good enough:) Location is awesome as it 's connected to a lot of food and even an MRT station (Tanjong Pagar). I'm happy with the service staff of the hotel. They were polite throughout even though I witnessed some customers banging the reception table and were mean to them. The only con during this trip. Was there 's no complimentary parking. It was not included as it 's not owned by Sofitel, but by the building (Guoco Tower). I had to pay over $ 20 + worth of parking upon checking out on a weekday (it was charged at $ 1.50 per 30 mins). So, I would advise to take public transport or taxi. Overall, nice stay. Would visit again!:).

I had a great time at the hotel. Check in process is very pleasant and the frontline staffs is very friendly. And the view from hotel room is nice. Had a birthday celebration and they even gave a complimentary cake. Such a nice gesture. The room is very upkeep and clean. Overall, I would come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel! Managed to request for early check in and late check out. High tea deal was very worth! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

初めてこのホテルを訪れましたが、そのデザインに圧倒されました。インテリアは息を呑むほど美しかったです。ラグジュアリールームを予約したところ、ホテルが20階にアップグレードしてくれました。街の景色は最高でした。ツインシングルのベッドは快適でした。枕は頭を置くとすぐにしぼんでしまいます。もっとふかふかだったらもっと良かったと思います。ルームサービスは素晴らしかったです。値段は手頃で、量も十分でした。プールは20時半までしか営業しておらず、予約も埋まっていませんでした。幸運にも朝7時の一番早い時間帯を確保でき、初日はプールを独り占めできました。少なくとも1時間は楽しめました。その後、受賞歴のある朝食をいただきました。私はイスラム教徒なので、メニューがハラールではないことは承知していましたが、食材を工夫して提供してくれたことに感謝しています。キッチンがハラール認証を取得すれば、きっともっとお腹が満たされるでしょう。いつか再考してくれることを願っています。受付のスタッフは素晴らしく、いつでも連絡が取れました。何を頼んでも、10分以内にすぐに届けてくれました。テレビのトラブルにも対応していただき、エンジニアを派遣していただきました。本当に素晴らしいサービスです！ぜひお勧めします。また近いうちに伺います。ありがとうございました！

Modern, clean, beautiful, love every detail of this hotel. You also can choose you pillow, enjoy minibar (they gave us free) Definitely will come back!

Dirty room, creepy, and terrible. The housekeeper are so rude.
