Amazing location and room

ナポリ中央駅から近くて便利。 外観は古いが、客室はリニューアルされており、綺麗だった

スタッフの対応とサービスはかなり良く気持ち良く過ごせました。 部屋は狭いですが1人の滞在なので大丈夫でした。 残念ながら今回お湯が出ずシャワーを浴びることが出来ませんでした。 部屋に人が入るのも部屋を移動するのも嫌だったので事後報告をしました。 サービスは良いので報告すれば対応してくれたと思います。 食を楽しみに来てるなら朝食はホテルで食べるのはあまりオススメはしません。

部屋は小さいが宿泊のみなら充分、なんと言ってもスタッフの対応が最高、次のホテルに送迎お願いしたが時間通りに来なかったため、スタッフが電話してくれたり、コーヒー出してくれたり、とても親切でした。

Frukostmenyn bestod mest av Dolce, alltså tårtor och sötsaker. Bröd och pålägg samt ägg lyste lite med sin frånvaro. Kaffemaskins-kaffe är väl sådär. I ett land som Italien… Annars trevligt.

Everything was good the service, the kindness, the clean rooms and size, fabulous, close to restaurants in general if I ever return to Napoles I will stay with them

Rent og bra rom. Hyggelig personell i resepsjonen og service. Bra frokost.

Meget dyrt ophold i forhold til kvalitet. Og vildt dyr parkering. Værelset var slidt og ret fugtigt (tapetet havde sluppet væggen), afløb i vasken var stoppet, håndtag på køleskabet var faldet af osv. Morgenmaden var trist. Personalet i receptionen var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende

Friendly staff and a great location. However, the room was a bit disappointing — the wallpaper was peeling in places, we noticed a small bug on the floor during our stay, and there was no proper place to put our luggage once it was opened, which made the room less practical and comfortable. The walls were also very thin, and we were woken up early in the morning by the sound of our neighbours using the shower.

A clean and large room with exceptionally helpful staff. Centrally located. Easy walk from the train station and to the Spanish Quarter.

I’ve stayed at far better 3 star hotels. Just say’n. I chose this hotel for a room with 3 full beds. The bad: There were flys in my room, I killed them and they were on the floor. The day after housekeeping made up the room, dead flys were still on the floor. The shower stall area was sloppily caulked and moldy. The breakfast area had many flies all over room and the food area, I wasn’t going to touch any of that food. Tried to make an espresso coffee, 3 attempts, the coffee machine went through the motions, no espresso came out. The good: Good location Quiet Comfortable bed This place needs to up their game.
