何度か宿泊していますが、とても良いホテルです。

とてもお洒落で広々としていて快適でした。1日だけ夜異臭がありましたが、それ以外は何も問題なく過ごせました。街中までもバスですぐに行けるので、不便はありません。レストランとカフェテリアもリーズナブルで美味しかったです。

緑に隣接する木を基調としたセンスの良いホテルでした。ぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりに、サンセバスチャンに訪れたいです。

最高の滞在になりました。コンセプトが素晴らしい。バスク文化の誇りと最先端のテクノロジー、自然との共生の哲学が随所にみられ、とても満足した滞在となりました。南バスクが世界に誇る食文化を朝食から味わえます。2017年11月オープンで新しいです。あまり有名になる前にリピートしたいです。オススメ。

Property was extremely clean and quiet Location was not the best. Way too far out of the city. Costs about 12€ by cab to get into the city. I am assuming from all the health facilities around the hotel it is primarily for that purpose. Not a holiday destination. Front staff really didn’t sell the property. No explanation or advice on anything. Major downfall was the bed. Very uncomfortable. Almost like the centre had collapsed. It runs on an eco aircon system which does not allow temperature control. We were in room 126. I would probably describe the hotel as something put together by IKEA. Suits some but not us.

My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! The breakfast is great if you’re wanting a cold fruit and a bit of cake, but for £24 I’d expect something hot other than eggs . The location is ok but you need a car to see San Sebastián and its surroundings . Lastly we paid for spa access but for all £250 extra for 3 nights there was never anybody in the reception and no directions. Just a waste of money as is breakfast

The hotel was very nice, my family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the comfortable rooms.

Great retreat hotel

Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Beautiful location set into the woods with a lovely path.

Bedroom was very nice. The staff - especially front desk (Lupino) was amazing. The breakfast was very good. Great variety. The pools were fantastic.

El hotel es un espectáculo en todos los sentidos incluyendo el desayuno y las comidas. Alto nivel de cocina por ser hotel. Mil gracias a todo el equipo que están muy pendientes de todo. Ya me alojé varias veces y repetiré sin duda.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and our adjoining rooms for my party of four was wonderful. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I’ve stayed at varying levels of hotels, and for the lovely amenities offered at this hotel, the food and drink options were disappointing. When we checked into the hotel the only food option available was the higher end restaurant. We had hoped to have a light, affordable meal either at a mid-range price point or room service. Neither was available. I can’t speak about the breakfast, but the coffee was almost undrinkable. As for the main dinner restaurant the presentation was lovely, but the food was mediocre for the caliber. Of approximately ten options listed on the menu, only two were not vegetarian. We ordered several dishes, with the mixed vegetables being the best and the steak being the worst. The steak was chewy, unevenly salted, and lacked flavor. Overall, I would stay here again, but would be prepared to eat/drink in town.

Good breakfast, large and clean rooms, quiet. Parking charge was a bit expensive and wasn't explained upfront. Pool use should be included in price of stay. There was weed smell in corridor which was unpleasant.

The staff were friendly and open, assisting us when needed. The room and common spaces were very warm and comfortable, and the position of the hotel in the forest is appealing and also an easy bus ride into town. The spa is good, not huge.

L'emplacement calme, la chambre, le personnel tout était parfait. Juste déçus de ne pas avoir eu l'information que le SPA est fermé pour travaux. Nous aurions choisi un hotel en centte ville à proximité des animations.
