Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande. Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing. Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony.

Der var meget larm fra hovedvejen hele natten. På billederne var der en rooftop morgenmad/ bar på 4. sal, men den var nedlagt og blev brugt af rengøringen.

El personal amable. En la habitación faltaban unos básicos, no había gel de ducha, no había papelera en la habitación solo una muy pequeña en el baño, y ya que estaba en frente al mar tener un tendedero como los otros hoteles hubiera sido lo ideal para tender los bañadores y toallas. Éramos 4 y siempre faltaban las toallas para todos, entendimos que las tallas las lavaban allí y en la mayoría de los casos olían a húmedo y tenían manchas. Parking escaso pero tiene algunos sitios reservados.

The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea anyway.

Restaurangen i anslutning till hotellet hade bra service, där frukosten som ingick intogs. Inte frukostbuffé som beskrevs i hotellbokningen utan frukost som beställdes från restaurangmenyn, frukosten var bra! Restaurangen har bra, varierad mat, populär! Det var svårt att kommunicera med hotellpersonalen pga att de inte kunde engelska, de försökte dock ordna någon som kunde tolka. Hotellets position stämde inte överens med adressen som angavs i bokningsappen. Läget bra om man vill bo utanför centrum och ha det lite lugnare. Finns stränder med solsängar i närheten av hotellet.
